Welcome to Grosvenor Manor; a lovely and luxurious care home located in the historic city of Chester. Grosvenor Manor is a purpose-built 81 bed ‘new generation’ care facility that has been expertly designed to meet all current CQC requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care.

The care home offers residential, nursing and specialist dementia care.

Internally, the attention to detail is impressive. The high specification and décor of Grosvenor Manor have been carefully considered by an interior designer, creating stylish yet comfortable and practical spaces for residents to enjoy.

Arranged over two floors, the facilities at Grosvenor Manor are exceptional, with each floor enjoying its own communal lounges and restaurants. All bedrooms boast en-suite wet rooms, and there is also a spa assisted bathroom, hairdresser & nail bar.

There are beautiful, mature gardens and outside seating areas at Grosvenor Manor along with extensive terrace areas to the first floor.

I am more than happy with my mum's care at Grosvenor Manor.
We have complete peace of mind in the knowledge that she is in caring and capable hands.
Communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Grosvenor Manor without hesitation. The staff are very willing to go above
and beyond.

I have seen a great improvement in my mother-in-law since she went into Grosvenor Manor in November last year. The very varied activities arranged for the residents have helped her regain her drive and feeling of integration in a welcoming and caring community.

I believe great work should be recognised hence my review today. Grosvenor Manor has given my mother a second chance to enjoy her life and I have never seen her happier. They treat her with both respect and dignity and she regards some of the staff more like family these days due to the bonds they have
built with her. Watching her interact and enjoy her life is something I can never thank them enough for. I would highly recommend anyone to use Grosvenor and their facility it gives me peace of mind every day knowing she’s so well cared for and is living life to its fullest. If you want the best look no further!

The standard of care my father receives is truly excellent. Grosvenor Manor Care Centre is a lovely environment for my father to live in. We are very happy that he is safe and well looked after.

Grosvenor Manor is an absolutely fabulous place, I cannot fault anything at all. My grandma has been a resident for nearly five years and it just keeps getting better. The staff are always happy and friendly, and every aspect of her care is looked after professionally. I would, and have, highly recommend
them to anyone who needs care for a loved one because you have total peace of mind that they are safe and looked after fantastically.

Grosvenor Manor staff always give my mum excellent care and personal attention. We as a family are extremely happy with the service and support provided and my mum has been made very welcome into Grosvenor Manor in the four months she has lived there. The wellbeing team are amazing, with a full range
of social activities planned and delivered throughout the week. We are very happy with all types and levels of staff, management and delivery.

All the staff are warm, relaxed and friendly. They have a caring nature and great connections with everyone. I feel confident that my Mum and Dad are in the best possible place for them. I can go away on holiday and know they will always be in safe hands.

My mum has been a resident of Grosvenor Manor for nearly 3 years. She is extremely settled there and very much regards it as her home. The staff are very kind and caring and always have Mum’s best interests at heart. The home has a lovely relaxed atmosphere whatever time of day you visit - everyone
is made to feel very welcome. The programme of activities is fantastic and Mum has made a lot of friends. The GP visits the home weekly so I always feel that Mum’s health and welfare is paramount.

My 97-year-old Mum fell and broke both arms and a leg. When she was in hospital I never thought she would walk again or enjoy life again. We then moved her to Grosvenor Manor, and after only six weeks, she is a new person enjoying all the activities and walking again. She is being really well looked
after.

I have seen my wife suffering as her mother's dementia has got worse. Eventually Mother-In-Law had to go into emergency respite care and this home was chosen. She is now in permanent residential care and this home is absolutely superb. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the activities are very
dementia friendly and they are great at persuading Mother-In-Law to partake. I do not believe that she could have found a better home to meet her needs.

A relative is a Social Worker. He has visited many care homes during his career and he said Grosvenor Manor is by far the best care home he has been to. It is like a luxury hotel. My mum has been there 6 weeks and it is clear how much the staff already love and care for her - as they do for all the
residents.
The rooms are lovely but many residents spend the day in communal lounges socialising with one another and taking part in the numerous and varied activities which are organised by the ever-enthusiastic and energetic Wellbeing Team.
It was a very difficult decision to put Mum into residential care but, undoubtedly, she is in the best possible place.

My mum recently moved in to Grosvenor Manor. She has received excellent professional and compassionate care. Nothing is too much and there is a lovely feeling within the home. All the staff we have come across have been very kind, friendly and professional. We know we have made the right decision.

This is a lovely pace, everyone is so caring to my mother-in-law. The activities for the residents are really good and everyone enjoys it. The home is so clean and the food is lovely. My mother-in-law has settled and loves it here. It is a relief to know she is so well cared for by everyone here.

Our 98 year old friend was admitted here after we became very concerned that she was no longer able to care for herself - wasn't eating, depressed and at risk of falls. She has been in Grosvenor Manor for a month and the change is amazing. She is alert, taking an interest in everything, eating everything
she is given, enjoying the other residents' company. We feel so relieved that she is now happy, putting on weight and being so well cared for by all the staff.

As carers for our 98 year old neighbour, my wife and I had become very concerned about her condition. She simply wasn't coping living alone in her own house and the limited day care we were able to arrange was not enough to meet her needs. Having agreed to go into Grosvenor Manor for short-term respite,
she has thrived with her physical and mental state transformed in one month. We are delighted she will now be staying permanently.
