Thank you for your very positive review of our new care home at Alexandra House. We are delighted that your wife has improved since joining and that our staff are helpful and willing. Alexandra House is a residential and dementia care home and as such security is very important to us. It appears that this may be getting in the way of visitors ease of access to the home and we will put measures in place to ensure the staff of more responsive to this.
