Lesley has spent her whole career in care, with her roles taking her from nurse training to owning her own business in domiciliary care. She joins Oakdale having managed other nursing homes, and dementia-specific homes and has also owned and operated domiciliary care agencies throughout the southwest of England.
She believes that being a strong team is important and that managers in care must be “everything and more” to their team, to residents and to their families.
