Mum has been at Lavender Fields since August 2018. Generally, she has settled well. She finds it difficult to ask for help and so staff have been good at identifying when she does. The food has been variable but sees to have improved. Staff are very kind and helpful.

A really caring home, superbly appointed, everybody says hello. I am so glad my Mother is in such a modern and friendly environment. The management has been excellent in dealing with my Mother despite a sometimes fractious family background.

Dad transferred here two months ago. Everyone has made him very welcome. The staff are always approachable and are alert to Dad's medical needs. He is extremely happy and settled. Our only slight question mark concerns the activities. Dad and the family would benefit from a weekly activity sheet which
he could have in his room. It could then be emailed to families each week in order to plan potential visits.

Thank you very much for your lovely comments. We have now put weekly activities list up on each floor and also will give this activity schedule to residents and email it on a weekly basis to family/friends of our residents.

Fantastic, helpful and dedicated staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the support is excellent. The end of life care for my mother was superb.

My father moved to Lavender Fields from another care home in Tunbridge Wells.
Everything about the move was done with a lot of care and forward planning.
Since being at Lavender Fields my father is a 'new' person. He is happy, relaxed and enjoying life.
The staff and facilities are excellent.

During a very difficult transition phase (moving the whole home - staff and residents to a new location) the management team showed their true colours!
Their focus was on minimising the disruption for and confusion of, every resident.
They managed to do so in every way.
Not to anyone's surprise,
however - they manage to do miracles on a daily basis.

Lavender Fields is a new building with the biggest heart, staff are all amazing and I would recommend in a heartbeat. My dad has come alive with the care and environment provided. As a family we could not ask for more.
