I have served the healthcare sector for many, many years since starting my career as a Care Assistant. Persevering and having a dedication to learning my responsibilities and duties has helped me ensure I meet every resident's need so that they are well-looked-after. Through my years in care, I have proudly worked alongside amazing team members with a genuine passion care and desire to serve.
As a people person, I strongly believe in my responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing whatever I can to help others. I am truly grateful that the care sector has allowed me to use these values in the workplace, especially at Signature at Ascot.
Job Title: Client Liaison Manager
My role is to help residents and their loved ones from their very first enquiry through to moving into our home. It can sometimes be a very difficult and emotional time with a huge transition for everyone involved. It gives me real pleasure to take people on a tour of our home and then see them settle in, make new friends and join in with activities that they were no longer able to do before coming here. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of residents' loved ones when they come to visit, knowing that they made the right decision to choose Signature. It's such a rewarding job!
Job Title: Clinical Services Manager
I am delighted to be part of this amazing team at Signature at Ascot. Nursing has been my life, I have been a qualified Registered Nurse for may years and have worked in the NHS and have loved it. I worked in A&E, Cardiology, Respiratory, Surgical and was part of a Rehab team to facilitate discharge. I joined a nursing agency as well and looked after head trauma clients. Then I joined private care in 2018 and became a Clinical Services Manager. I have always wanted to join Signature, I am blessed to be part of a great organisation that believes in providing exceptional and award-winning care.
Job Title: Wellbeing and Lifestyle Supervisor
With previous experience working in a care home as an Activities Coordinator, I have developed a strong passion for enhancing the daily lives of residents through engaging and meaningful activities. I am thrilled to join Signature because of its outstanding reputation for providing exceptional care and a warm, community-focused environment. In my role, I will be dedicated to creating enriching programmes that promote social interaction and wellbeing, helping both residents and their loved ones feel supported and connected.
Job Title: Business Admin Manager
I joined the team as Business Admin Manager and am responsible for the administrative and financial duties for the home. I ensure that you are greeted with a smile and looked after by the Reception Team here at Ascot. Prior to joining the team, I worked within the care environment as an Administrator for 13 years.
Job Title: Head Housekeeper
I have worked for Signature as a Head Housekeeper for many years. I enjoy all aspects of my role and take great pride in my work. I love making the residents' home look the absolute best it can. I’m thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to meeting everyone that make here their home.
