- Welcoming spaces for the family to wait whilst loved ones receive care.
- Ensuite not clean - stained
- Mum is not ready for breakfast until 11:00 am. The dining area was then
messy and what choice was left was poor.
- Mum seated on her own for lunch and not given Valentine's sweets like others
as on soft food - alternatives necessary

I am the General Manager of Banstead Manor and have been with the home since before it opened. I have over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse and am pleased to use my clinical expertise to support my team to deliver exceptional care.
