Phillippa is our front-of-house manager at Kingsfield Court, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge of the care sector. Phillippa supports families and individuals from their initial enquiry all the way through to their admission into the home. Phillippa will be your first point of contact at Kingsfield Court and can provide guidance and advice. She will coordinate tours, assessments and admissions and allocate a Care Manager to each new resident who will ensure all of the resident's needs are being met during their time at Kingsfield Court.

Mike is our General Manager here at Kingsfield Court Care Home. Mike is a Registered Nurse by profession and is still registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Mike has spent most of his career working in the NHS in Leicestershire Hospitals in both Clinical and Managerial roles.
For the last 7 years, Mike has gained experience managing nursing homes.
Mike is very passionate about ensuring the care provided to your loved one is of a consistently high standard.
