Both our Head Chef and I have met with your mum to discuss her concerns and preferences regarding the food which has not met her expectation. We want to assure you that we take the quality and satisfaction of our Residents very seriously. Our menus are designed to meet nutritional needs and preferences of all Residents where possible and make sure that all food is fresh and seasonal.
