Mum has been in Bourne View for two years and I have seen her go from strength to strength during this period. Bourne View is the perfect care home, where all residents' needs are met and they can live in a safe, supportive and superbly managed environment. The quality of care and living standards are
second to none and the staff outstanding. These high standards have been consistently maintained throughout my mum's stay and I have no doubt will continue.

Our family have been so pleased with care given at Bourne View. Nothing is too much trouble. My brother always looks clean and presentable. The staff always find time for us when we need them.
My brother is not the easiest to feed, but the receptionist took time to get someone from the kitchen to go
through his likes and dislikes. Hoping to improve his meal times. Above and beyond.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly 6 years and has gradually required more care and attention from all areas of the staffing facilities
Overall the quality of care is first class from the first experience at reception to the caring and openness of the carers/nurses. As a relative who visits
at least twice a week, I can state that I wouldnt wish for my mum to be anywhere else. The cakes are good too!

Since becoming a resident in 2019, the standard of Mum's care has remained consistently high. The staff are caring and nothing ever seems to be any trouble. I recently attended the gala evening and the food was comparable to a first-class restaurant. Mum continues to enjoy her food even though her appetite
has diminished. Unfortunately, Mum is unable to attend many of the numerous activities offered however she is visited in her room for regular chats by the companionship team which she enjoys and looks forward to. Mum is pleased to say she is very happy here - a great choice and a well done to all the staff at Bourne View.

Bourne View is an excellent care home. My mum is very happy here. All the staff are very caring and attentive. Everyone speaks to you and they all have a smile on their face all the time. Nothing is too much trouble from any of the staff. Very clean home with amazing decor. I can't recommend this home

First impressions were the cleanliness of the whole place and the decor - fantastic! Staff in all departments were first-class and always with a smile - from the time they started their shift until they finished their shift. Food was excellent, encouraged to participate in all of the activities.
So
good to be able to have hair and nails done during my stay. A first-class hotel but made to feel at home.

What a great place. Needed somewhere for my mum after she fractured her pelvis. From the smooth and last-minute admissions to the great care and attention, Bourne View Care Home has been a salvation. Food is great and the grounds and rooftop are just stellar. Five-star hotel living.

From start to finish, Bourne View Care Home has consistently been just awesome. They are caring, friendly and management is always free to help, My friend was very nervous about coming to the home and found it very confusing. The care, compassion and empathy shown towards our Mum during her final weeks of life was second to none. The staff went above and beyond, both day and night, to maintain Mum's comfort and pain management during some very difficult times for her. When we first visited we were warmly welcomed and reassured
that we could look upon Bourne View as a home from home for Mum as well as ourselves and we always felt that this was the case. We wouldn't have wanted Mum to be anywhere else. She was able to spend her final days knowing that her family could be with her whilst receiving the best possible care. Thank you.

Mum moved here as we could no longer cope at home. From the first telephone call to arrange her admission, we have all been made to feel part of the family at Bourne View. Mum's care here is fabulous, she is very comfortable in her room and the staff, each and every one of them make her feel special.

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel a home of warmth, comfort and community. The staff greet you by name, are always welcoming, friendly and with a smile on their faces. Everyone is catered for, from the residents to respite and post-operation. The quality of care is superb. All the staff from all departments are caring, friendly and unobtrusive. All staff are so friendly, warm, nurturing and genuinely caring. Mum has found it difficult leaving her own home, however, with encouragement and kindness from staff, she is now able to participate in activities/outings and eat in the dining room. The staff have attended to Mum's health needs with the
highest standard and compassion. The compassion is extended to all the family. The whole Bourne View team are incredibly welcoming and friendly.
