Graysford Hall is a truly exclusive, home-from-home senior living setting, ideally situated and easily accessible via the A6, one of the main roads to the City of Leicester.

Located in the leafy, upmarket area of Stoneygate, Graysford Hall is the premium choice in residential care in Leicester. Graysford Hall comprises of 69 large, private suites and numerous stylish lounge areas and dining spaces, set over 3 floors. Thank you so much for your care for my aunt during her last days and hours, and prior to that. I always felt when visiting that the staff were friendly, and very importantly respectful to my aunt and her needs, even though she could be a bit prickly, due to her dementia, and pain.
I am so glad she
was in this caring environment for her last months.

Left Mum for respite care. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. When I came to collect Mum she looked so happy and settled. It seemed she had made good connections with all the staff and the staff were genuine in their attachment with Mum. Very happy and will be bringing Mum back for respite.
It's lovely to know how well cared for Mum was, thank you all.

I have been visiting Graysford three or four times a week for over six months to visit a resident that I cared for, for over five years, when she was living independently. My overall opinion of Graysford is excellent, staff work very hard to make life for their residents as pleasurable as possible,
they are friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the day to day running of Graysford is excellent. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The only reason that I awarded food and drink anything less than excellent is because my aunt likes her tea very hot and it is only served warm - no doubt due to safety, residents could be scalded. My brother and I are delighted to have discovered Graysford Hall. It is a beautiful purpose-built care

We had to find a care home for my father in an emergency when his condition suddenly deteriorated. From the first call to Graysford Hall, right through admission and at every moment since, Dad's care has been extremely good. Our mother's stay was wonderful, she was at home, relaxed and showered with love and care. She was always joyful when we checked on her well-being. The activities engaged her and enabled her to make friends. The chefs took extra care to cater to her gastronomic needs. Spacious room, well maintained

At the beginning, Mum came with a bit of trepidation but as the days went by, she was extremely relaxed. She enjoyed the staff support, the food, the chefs, the activities and even the residents. My mother spent a wonderful three weeks of respite care at Graysford Hall. There was a great sense of community created by the staff who were amazing, caring, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and decorated to a good standard. Freshly prepared
homemade food on offer every day and the menu offered a variety of choice. There was a programme of activities available every day and staff encouraged participation. Lots of extras offered as part of the service: hairdressers and chiropody. Thank you.

Bal has worked in the social care industry for around 20 years, and has progressed throughout her career with various positions starting as a Carer, then becoming a Senior Care/ care team Leader, followed by recent posting of the Deputy Manager hereat at Graysford Hall.


Within Bal's roles, being driven, and hard-working is what helps strive her team. Bal enjoys the social aspect of working in Social Care as you get to meet different people from all walks of life.

Jayne Hill

Jayne started working in Care 15 years ago for the Private Sector. Having quickly established a good relationship with a lady with Alzheimer's disease ignited Jayne's interest and passion for caring for those with dementia. Rachel has been a Chef for 26 years and has worked in a variety of roles from high street restaurants, all the way through to care homes. Rachel was a Chef Manager at Samworth Brothers for circa 13 years. All this knowledge has populated Rachel's experience to bring to Graysford Hall.


What Rachel enjoys the most about Graysford is having the opportunity to meet so many different people from such different backgrounds - "they all have such amazing stories to tell and it would be easy to sit and listen to them all day!"


Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, including six grandchildren. She also spends a lot of spare time at the local church and supports them with activities whenever possible.
