Five Rivers Living Ltd hosts 50 ensuite bedrooms and is a purpose-built care home that has been sensitively designed to meet the needs of older people with residential or dementia needs.

The home nurtures a caring atmosphere encouraging family unity. It is run by a team who strive to care for loved ones with a standard of excellence, without exception.

Located just a few minutes’ drive from the bustling centre of Beaumont Leys shopping centre Five Rivers is situated in the heart of Leicestershire.

The home is near the glorious Bradgate Park, Leicester town and other surroundings that offer plenty of history and memorabilia.

There are plenty of local shops around and facilities to choose from Fosse park is also located within close proximity. A GP, Dentist and NHS facilities are on the doorstep.

There is a full activities programme in the home based upon the interests and abilities of the service users. Five Rivers Living employs an activities co-ordinator who organises a wide variety of activities to suit the needs of the service user. For those who do not wish to participate in a group environment, the home can offer one to one support.

Food choice preference and diet management assessments are carried out when new service users reside at the home. The catering team provide a healthy, enjoyable balanced diet. This includes consideration of food allergies/intolerances, in addition to different dietary needs based on religious belief and cultural lifestyles.

I have recently visited Five Rivers Living and was pleasantly impressed as I entered the care home, I was greeted by a lovely bubbly outgoing career that took me to a large open-plan lounge area where my friend was.
They had an arts and crafts afternoon being run and saw all residents enjoying themselves
and getting involved, I was offered a cup of tea and asked if I wanted any cake.
I was met by the care home manager, who gave me an extremely in-depth update on my friend and how he was getting on, I noticed he had put on weight which is fantastic as he had found it difficult to do at home.
The whole team were absolutely amazing and were engaging with all the residents, all outstanding and their work and dedication are second to none.
The care home was clean, tidy and respectable and residents were active.
The care home is a very vibrant place and staff and management always giving over 100%.
I would highly recommend Five Rivers Living.

Five Rivers provides a loving and caring environment for those in need of full-time support. Very happy with the treatment my mother has received for a very difficult-to-manage condition. She is always treated with dignity and the utmost care. The staff are very kind and supportive and are always on
hand to help with visits if needed. The facilities are very good with plenty of organised activities. A big thank you to the Five Rivers team for everything you do.

My experience has been top-notch, all staff are really friendly and helpful. The management team are outstanding, any concern I have is dealt with promptly, I am treated with so much respect and consideration and staff and management have a laugh with me. I have also made good friends and I feel more
comfortable and belong. I have been going through anxiety for a long time however since I came to Five Rivers I am a lot happier. I would like to thank the whole team for your outstanding effort towards me. Keep up the great work team.

The carers are very kind and compassionate, they really do care. My grandma has been very challenging for the carers and I feel very bad for the challenges they have faced but I want them to know I appreciate the care they have given. I am sorry if my grandma has upset any of the staff.

Dad has just moved to Five Rivers and the team have made him very welcome. They have taken the to really get to know us and Dad and allow him to be himself. They allow Dad the freedom to be as independent as he can be while making sure he is happy and healthy and all his needs are met. Dad has settled
really quickly and we all enjoy the family feel of Five Rivers.

Beautifully situated quiet care home. Lovely, well-appointed light room with ensuite wet room. Lift access is very good, efficient and clean reception areas. Felt like a hotel and we were given a warm and friendly greeting by the management and staff. This was everything we needed after a traumatic
stay in hospital. Mum has improved greatly.

I could not fault the staff here and the facilities too. This home has a couple of chefs to make your food here as and when needed. All over a nice clean place to stay I recommend that anybody bring a loved one here or recommend it to a friend.

The management are always supportive as it's an open-door policy and always available. The staff always go above and beyond for my friend who actively engages in activities. Despite his attitude towards them the staff always treat him with dignity. Thank you team for looking after him.

My mother has been in the care of Five River for two and a half years now, and in that time, she has been shown care, compassion and dignity! The place is always well-kept and fresh, with no noticeable wear and tear around the place! I would not hesitate to recommend this care home for respite or general
care for an elderly relative or family member.
