Since my mum moved into Springvale, she seems to be very content, and although she can't remember much, she thinks of Springvale as her own home that she left, so it has also helped me to know that my mum feels comfortable in her surroundings and with the care that she is receiving.

My mum and dad moved into Springvale in July/August of this year. I cannot praise everyone who works at Springvale highly enough. The home is very clean, the staff are friendly and caring to all the residents. The food is of a very high standard, indeed the chef is often found in the dining room speaking
to the residents. There are lots of activities for everyone, including many out with the home. Sadly Mum passed away in October. The manner in which the staff dealt with Dad after her passing was fantastic, they looked after my dad so well and so sensitively, was really lovely. I can’t praise everyone working at Springvale highly enough, it is an amazing place and I’m so fortunate that I was able to get both Mum and Dad into Springvale.

My mother went into Springvale Care Home last September (2022) and since then she has received nothing but the upmost best of care! The professionalism of all of the staff and the management of the home have been second to none, and I would like to say that the love, care and friendliness of everyone
at the home and compassion shown to all the residents they care for are a credit to all the staff who work there! I know that my mother is being well looked after in Springvale and since being admitted has settled at Springvale really well! I would therefore highly recommend this care home to anyone who has an elderly relative requiring the best care (possible).

We were apprehensive about my mum moving into a care home as she gets confused but was no longer able to stay safely at home. We need not have worried, the staff at Springvale are all excellent and so caring. Mum is now living her best life, loving the company and enjoying all the activities. Can't
recommend this home highly enough. Visiting her is a pleasure as she is so happy. Home is always spotless too thanks to the cleaning staff.

My father-in-law went into Springvale Care Home Lennoxtown in October 2021 due to suffering from dementia, as we struggled to care for his increasing needs. As you can imagine, it was an extremely stressful time, but the continued professionalism and friendliness of management and care staff is exemplary!
Since his entry into care, I have been a regular visitor to his unit and on every occasion it has been such a positive, friendly and family-orientated atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and it's evident the residents are experiencing a positive living environment. Myself and our family can’t thank the staff enough for their continued first-class care, as I have noticed my father-in-law is thriving due to receiving stimulation, due to the many activities on offer and the healthy menu provided, which has led to him putting on much-needed weight. We have further noticed that he is more settled and he now calls Springvale his home. I only have positive things to say.

My granny has been living in Springvale Care Home for approx three months now, and she is thriving. After living alone for many years, she is relishing with the company of her fellow residents and enjoys her weekly visits to the wonderful hairdresser and the many outings organised by the fab activities
team. She raves about her meals, and it is evident that the care she is receiving for the staff is second to none. Forever grateful.

My aunt has had a new lease of life since residing at Springdale Care Home in Campsie.
My aunt says the staff help her a lot but also allows her to keep as independent as possible.
My aunt says the meals are very good (and she can be a bit fussy when eating).
When visiting her, I have always found
the staff to be friendly and helpful. The atmosphere when you walk into the home is welcoming, and the place smells nice.
I love the way each corridor is given its own address, which in turn, gives the residents a feeling of their room being their own.
Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and dedication; it is very much appreciated by our family.

It's always a pleasure to visit Mum here as all the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
What a lovely environment that's always got laughter and smiles.
The rooms are clean, and the staff are always attentive and accommodating for the smallest of things.
The staff and management are always welcoming,
made time for any questions and put my mind at ease when my mum first arrived.
I recently asked Mum if she's being looked after well and she said all the staff were very good and she's been looked after well.
I'm more than happy with the overall standard at Springvale, and I'm happy I decided this was the place for Mum.

I have been living here for the last seven years, and I have been living in all the units because of circumstances. I moved to Thistle Unit. The unit manager is brilliant and very approachable and always has and makes us laugh and always puts us first. The caring staff, I could name them all, but can't
single anyone out. The care is outstanding, and they are very attentive. They explain everything and spoil me silly. They attend to all my physical attributes. My son visits regularly and he has nicknames for the staff. The under manager is lovely, and she will do what she can to help. The manager is not only the manager of the home he is one of the family. He cares, and he does everything he can to help from broken hoovers, and if some poor soul comes in, he puts together a package to welcome them. He is the best manager that has ever been.

My gran has recently moved into Springvale, and I can only give praise to this wonderful home! We were all apprehensive as my gran was moving from her own home where she lived alone, and we, as a family, were all finding it increasingly difficult to make sure she was safe 24 hours a day. From the day
she moved in, a weight has been lifted from all of us, but more importantly, my gran has settled so well; the staff are just fantastic, so attentive, and everyone has made her and us so welcome. We went in to visit to find her playing golf with the other residents! This was so lovely for us to see as she lost contact with a lot of her friends due to Covid not being able to go out to her day centre etc. There is a lot going on in the home, and my gran is really enjoying the company of other residents and the interaction with the staff, who have all been so good. Always there with a cheery smile and never too busy for a chat with us or Gran. I can't praise Springvale highly enough. Very happy indeed.

Springvale is the best home I have ever had anything to do with. Having worked in healthcare for so many years, I'm a care home snob, extremely protective of my grandad, and I could not have wished for a better care home to look after him. Every single member of staff is extraordinary! From the administrator,
kitchen, laundry/domestic, maintenance, carers, senior carers, activity coordinators, and unit managers to the home managers are all phenomenal. The layout of the home, decor, rooms and wing size are all spot on. The care my grandad received from his first day to his last was incredible. The effort staff went to, to make my grandad and the family feel welcome and comfortable was fantastic and much appreciated. The communication from Springvale day and night was a huge comfort and much appreciated.

My brother-in-law went into Springvale Care approximately nine months ago due to being diagnosed with Dementia. It was a strain on the family with many worries, and it took its toll as he is a fit man for his age. I can’t thank the staff enough for the care and attention he receives. When I visit, I
can tell it’s a warm and inviting place as he and the other residents seem settled. At first, I worried when I visited him, but now I no longer worry about him as I know he is receiving great care compared to him being at home. All the staff are very friendly and now know us on first-name terms, and we all receive updates on my brother-in-law every time we visit; thank you.

My grandparents have lived at Springvale for 1.5 years, with very different needs, and the care they receive is outstanding. It very much feels like a home from home, and the staff and management feel very much part of our family and a real credit to Springvale. They are person-centred and lead with
kindness, what more could you ask for! My gran is always doing activities, and it sounds like a holiday camp every time I call. My grandpa even dug out his whole garden and beyond to plant his own plants, and not only did the staff not mind, they helped him. You can feel the love that the staff have for my grandparents, and it just makes us feel so relaxed knowing they receive such great care. The care home itself is beautiful, always clean and really does feel like a home away from home. I cannot express enough how amazing the manager of Springvale is. It just would not have been the same experience without him, and I am truly thankful to him for everything he has done for us!

My mother-in-law went into Springvale Care Home in October 2021 after her dementia progressed to the point where we were struggling to care for her, keep her safe and meet her increasing needs. She settled in well, and her care at Springvale is excellent. We no longer worry about her and have no doubts

Prior to my husband's move into Springvale Care Home, the deputy manager came to our home and gave us lots of information as to what we could expect from the management and staff when the time came. She reassured my husband, who was very apprehensive that he would be cared for with dignity and respect
by everyone employed there. Since moving in I have found all she told us to be true and more. It’s a beautiful home, very warm and welcoming for both the residents and their families. Of course, it takes a wee while for the new resident to get used to a new environment, but once settled, I found my husband was happy that we had found the best place for him. I and my family are very pleased with the care he is receiving and couldn’t have asked for more. He is treated as one of the Springvale family and is settled in nicely. Thank you all.

My mother has been living in Springvale for a couple of years now. The standard of care she has received in the Heather suite has been nothing short of outstanding. I live in Australia and hadn’t seen my mother for several years, the deputy manager has known my mother for many years since her previous
home, and through all the changes in her mental health, she has kept me fully in the loop; she’s a genuine breath of fresh air and always professional. I visited last week for the first time, and the staff were welcoming, and although my mother is at a stage in her dementia where she no longer recognises me, it was nice to see that she shows happiness when staff approach and that she reaches out for them. Thank you all for caring for my mum and all the other patients.

My mother has only been in Springvale a couple of months, having moved here from another care home in North Glasgow. The whole experience again for us as a family was upsetting, but having found Springvale Care Home, which just radiated such warm, cosy surroundings and beautiful and clean smelling,
it is a pleasure to go to visit. My mum is in the Heather Unit, which is smaller and very suited to my mum's needs. Having all mastered Zoom calls with the staff, it is lovely to still have contact with my mum, in-between visits us staying further away. In the short while my mum has been in Springvale, she is much more content; this is all down to such outstanding care from all staff in the Heather Unit, manager and deputy. Thank you all; you deserve this praise.

The staff at Springvale are exceptional. Very attentive, kind, always happy to help. Lovely entrance into the building, very welcoming and kept very tidy. Nice and cosy for the residents.
My Dad settled in quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the care he's had so far, especially all the meals and
snacks that are provided and how the staff are always so friendly, even taking phone calls in the middle of a hectic day.

Care tailored to support Mums needs. Each time I visit Mum, she is happy and contented in Heather unit, and I have no concerns over her care. My son visited recently and was delighted that he saw a glimpse of his old Gran.

I have over 14 years of experience in elderly care and working in a variety of care roles before attending Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014 to obtain my Nursing Degree. On gaining this I worked within many NHS sectors including Oncology and Palliative care however my passion has always been supporting the elderly within the private care sector and promoting the deliverance of high-quality person-centred care, with positive outcomes.
