The home offers 64 tastefully decorated furnished rooms with en-suite wet rooms.

Based in a quiet leafy, suburban area; the home is close to the Purley and Kenley mainline stations, close to Kenley Common which covers 139 acres of grassland and ancient woodland, yet the centre of London is only 14 miles to the north.

The home offers high-quality residential care, respite and bespoke dementia care along with great facilities for the residents to use such as private dining room, café-bar, cinema, hair and beauty salon.

A daily seven day a week programme of activities is available with a minibus for weekly excursions.

The home ask that visitors call Rokewood Court to book visits and ask that meal times are protected. Visitors will be required to evidence a negative lateral flow test on day of visiting and to wear a face mask at all times.

My Mum has been a resident of Rokewood since its opening and enjoys the warmth and kindness of the great staff at her new home.
Her personal needs are catered to very professionally. We are confident that she is monitored and treated for any medical conditions, and she loves the pampering and hairdressing
appointments (a highlight!)
She enjoys meeting other residents for morning coffee, and for meals in the dining room. And she definitely appreciates the aperitifs now on offer.
Rokewood Staff provides wonderful entertainment and celebrations (Mum's last Birthday Party was superbly catered, thanks Chef and team!).
The Activities Coordinator and her team do a fabulous job, with a great range of fun events.
Mum's accommodation is lovely and comfortable, surrounded as she is with her personal belongings. I am in Australia, so rely on news and photos from family members, and also the Facebook posts, which mum's friends and family can enjoy and comment on.

Have been a resident for just over a year. Lovely room and the staff team is excellent although challenged to maintain good care due to staffing levels. No manager for a couple of months and a new Deputy - so difficult to comment on management.

Carers are kind and helpful despite having a tough job, especially with staff shortages and covid etc. In an ideal world, there would be more staff with more time for one to one conversations with residents but most have made an effort to get to know mum. She seems fairly settled. Our concerns have
been minor ones - hearing aids not checked and clothes going missing. This has been easily rectified as we visit so regularly. We hope she will socialise more now and be able to get more fresh air. Thanks for all you do.

My mother in law has been a resident at Rokewood Court for at least eight months. Her care, dignity and well being has been the most important part of being a resident here at Rodewood Court. The staff here are exceptional nothing is too much trouble. Her carers are kind, compassionate and hard-working.

My father moved into Rokewood in December 2021. They took a lot of care in understanding my father's needs and requirements, and all of the staff are very caring and considerate. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, and the home itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished.

From the moment I made contact with the home, my experience was excellent. I know my mother is in a safe and happy place. The food and menu are good with lots of choices. The coffee shop is welcoming. A very nice touch is the cinema room with some great movies for the old folk.

I have been very impressed with how smooth the whole process was, from first chats on the phone to finally being allowed to view the home (due to Covid). The moving in day was seamless and planned to perfection - the admissions advisor kept us informed throughout and we even got an update with pictures
that same afternoon. Since moving in I have seen a huge improvement with my relative being happier, calmer and more relaxed. I would not hesitate in recommending.

Sadly my mum needed to go into a care home and obviously didn’t want to. Since going into Rokewood she seems to have settled in much better than I thought she would. She gets involved in the daily activities and enjoys the trips out on the minibus. She always has praise for the staff and they all seem
very nice and caring.
As the home is new all the rooms are nice and fresh-looking and she is glad to have her own wet room which is an added bonus.

We had to wait to get our dear friend into a home during lockdown so the home's admissions advisor's contact and advice during this time were regular and appreciated. We were concerned about the transition into the care home, but the admissions advisor and the staff made it seamless and well planned.
Rokewood is definitely a luxury home - very clean, exceptionally well presented and well-thought-out with plenty of activities. Very pleased with our choice of home/staff and our friend is settled and happy.

My wife spent a long time looking for a care home for her 90+ year old mother, and after much research decided on Rokewood Court. I must say that everything so far has exceeded our expectations. It certainly fits the description of a luxury care home and the facilities and food are what you would expect
from a quality hotel. It was a major disruption for her mother, as she had lived in the same house for 40 years and is very independent-minded. They have gone to great lengths to settle her in and make her feel cared for and pampered. We would like to thank all the staff for all that they are doing to manage this difficult transition. This has clearly been a very difficult time for my wife. She was given a lot of helpful advice and support from the admissions advisor on care options and invaluable help on managing the move. The admissions advisor and the other staff have kept my wife well informed and reassured on progress. They clearly see it is important to support both residents and their family. Thank you!

I have been visiting at the home since November 2020 when she arrived there. Unfortunately, I have not been into the home due to Covid restrictions but the staff have enabled me to see from outside her room. Everyone I've met have been so friendly and helpful.

All aspects of my contact and communication with staff at Rokewood Court have been excellent. I have been impressed with the way in which an assessment was carried out prior to the moving, in particular, to ensure all needs would be met. The care and organisation of the move. Communication from the
staff to ensure I was informed/reassured that all was well. Extra touches such as flowers in the room and a photo of my relative was emailed to me on arrival day. The direct line to residents is excellent, and the reception desk is well managed so all immediate queries can be answered quickly. It seems nothing is too much trouble. Staff have been east to talk to, professional and always respond well/quickly to any question - most reassuring. Thank you.

My mother is fairly mobile and still has an active mind, so she was worried about moving into care. Now in her late 90's, she has suffered a few falls and needed a place of safety. Rokewood is everything she hoped it would be - good care, friendly staff, well-equipped room, excellent food and a chance
to do more than just sit at home, falling asleep.

I have been lucky enough to work in the Care sector for 14 years in the UK.


I have progressed from an activities coordinator to Deputy Management and now Home Management. I am committed to ensuring our residents get the very best out of life.


I am originally from Portugal where I worked as a researcher in Social Care.


My passion is working with people, and motivating them to be the best they can be. This also applies to our amazing residents at Rokewood Court.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

I qualified as a teacher in 2005, but my path changed in 2012 when I came to the UK and started working in the care sector as a care assistant. I have experience in both nursing and residential care homes which enabled me to gain more in-depth knowledge of differing care needs. I’m a great believer that no two residents are the same and that each has differing needs, desires and preferences.


I have developed through training and practice and besides being a care assistant, I have been an activity coordinator, and a team leader and I currently have over 3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager.


My biggest achievement to date has been occupying a position as Acting Manager in my previous workplace. It was a very rewarding position, full of new challenges from which I have learnt a lot and gained a good understanding of the management role in a care home which I look forward to bringing to Rokewood Court. I am currently working on my Leadership and Management level 5 Diploma, and I am using every opportunity to share my experience with the team and to get involved in our resident's care. I am very passionate about elderly and Dementia care which I aim to pass on to the rest of the team. I am the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. My role is to guide families through the journey into care, offer support and introduce them to our wonderful homes and the fantastic lifestyle we offer.

I joined Cinnamon with over 5 years of experience in Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care. Previously to this, my career was within the NHS, specialising in Primary Care and Community Health. I made the change to Care after going through the journey with my own Mother and Father.


About me:


I have a keen interest in sports and have previously competed at the national and international levels. I am also passionate about Italian motorcycles and cars and I am lucky enough to own a few. However, my greatest enjoyment in life is my family and our family dog Roman the Bull Terrier.
