Joined: 2017
Michelle joined Richmond Villages in February 2017 and started her career at Richmond Villages Nantwich as a Senior Care Assistant. When Richmond Willaston was built in 2021 she decided to transfer and joined Richmond Willaston as Residential Lead.
Michelle progressed her career and became Home Manager in May 2022. Michelle provides support to all the Heads of Department in their roles and helps out as and when needed. She is responsible for maintaining a set budget, future planning for the village and supporting all our residents and their families.
