As a family, we were anxious when my Uncle had to move into a care home. However, that changed instantly when we met the team. The love, support, care and compassion received was overwhelming. Knowing that my precious uncle was in safe hands was a comfort.

My brother was required to go into a care home and at first, I was apprehensive about where he would go, but Roberts Lodge is an extremely nice home. All managers and staff welcome me when I visit and I always feel at home when I'm there, my brother is very happy which makes me feel good that he has
such good carers and is being so well looked after.

The staff at Roberts Lodge showed care and compassion when dealing with a loved one. The staff engaged well and helped my daughter along her path to a more independent life. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

As a mother of a 24-year-old son who has been diagnosed with non-verbal Autism, SLD, ADHD and complex needs. I cannot speak highly enough of this provision and home. The house is beautiful with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The garden is spacious and well secure. The management and staff gave 100% support
and professionalism when my son transitioned from a previous placement of 5 years. The management and staff have treated my son with respect, dignity, compassion and empathy. As a mother who worries about my vulnerable son, I have found this provision to be an outstanding happy safe environment for my son.
