It is an amazing forever home for your loved ones. The rooms and facilities are fantastic, the staff are lovely and treat your loved ones as their family, we cannot ask for more for our loved one. A lovely feeling.

My mum lives there and has had fantastic treatment from all members of staff. Really friendly to families and understand our mum's needs. Couldn't recommend it enough to anyone wanting a forever home for their loved ones.

Words cannot express how we as a family have so much to thank all the staff at Millvina for taking such good care of mum since her move into the home. They go the extra mile in the care given to mum and during the pandemic have achieved the outstanding result of being Covid free which has been such
a relief.
Not being able to see mum for so long has been hard but they have kept us constantly updated on how things are going even giving us the chance to see them from a distance at garden party or in the garden recently for short visit.
I know they have been doing lots of activities to keep mum and all residents interacting and happy I can only give them 10 out of 10 but it goes much more beyond that as they go that extra mile in caring for all the residents and continue to do so daily in this unusual time we are going through. Thank you so much.

My mother resides at Millvina. What a wonderful home this is.
After leaving her last home, she has come on leaps and bounds.
Staff are wonderful. Very caring and attentive to the residents.
Home is spotless and food delicious.
Well done Millvina. Keep up the good work.
Not 1 case of corona
either.

My Nan has specific caring needs and after a few other places not meeting them, we are so pleased to have found this place! It's the first time in years that my family and I have seen my Nan happy and looking like she feels safe and at home. We would all be devastated if Millvina was no longer her home.

My mother moved into Millvina in November 2019. The words to decide this home are fantastic and incredible. In my mothers last home, she deteriorated to the point of having a Dr prescribe end of life meds. Since she has been a resident of Millvina my mother speaks, smokes again and can catch and throw
a ball quicker than the staff.
As for the staff they are on another level. The care, love and attention they give my mum and other residents is amazing.
As a family, we sleep at night -first time in 2yrs knowing our mum is safe and loved.
Unbelievable home and every other care home should be like this, unfortunately, they are not.

So sad if Millvina has to close. My mum just loves it here, and as settled so well and loves everyone and they love her. It will be the fifth time mum has had to move care home. Only hope we can change people's minds and keep this lovely home open. The staff are amazing, they all give 100%.

My mother has been a resident at Millvina House since February 2020. The care and attention she receives is absolutely amazing. The staff do an excellent job of keeping the residents occupied. Every time we see or speak to my mother she is very happy, spotlessly clean and content.

Millvina House is run by a team who possess a diligent attitude toward their work. They are industrious, attentive and proactive. The manager who runs Millvina House put the home on lockdown weeks before the government issued the 1st lockdown on the country. This has not only resulted in zero cases
of COVID 19 to date, but people whos loved ones that are in their care are safe and cared for on a 1 to 1 basis. The staff are very warm, compassionate, caring and friendly. During Mum's stay, she was exceptionally cared for by staff as if caring for their own mum. The facility is new and furnished with ensuite bathrooms. It is immaculate and well looked after with well-kept gardens for residents to enjoy on sunny days. On behalf of my family, myself and my husband, words cannot express our heartfelt gratitude for what staff did for us as a family and for our precious mum in such a challenging and devastating time. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend Millvina House to anyone needing a home from home for their loved ones. Thank you Millvina House.

My mum came to Millvina House upon discharge from hospital having previously been a resident of another care facility. It is fair to say that the standard of care from all the staff and management team has been exceptional and they are truly a credit to the profession. From the moment of her arrival,
she has been treated as an individual, with the utmost care, patience, respect, and dare I say, love. The role that the team perform is an extremely difficult one, never more so at this present time. Their prompt and decisive action with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus is to be applauded. We as a family have the utmost trust and faith in all the staff. It is a source of great comfort that we know our mum is well cared for and happy! Thank you to the manager and all the staff for the incredible work that they do.

My mum has come on leaps and bounds since she has come into Millvina House. The manager and her team are exceptional and they all go above and beyond. The manager keeps us all updated in regards to my mum. I have seen my mum in the garden for the first time in months and this was fantastic. The fact
that the manager and her team have all worked tirelessly to keep the virus out of Millvina has been a great relief to us as a family as we know our mum is safe. I would recommend Millvina to anyone as it is a fantastic home and the atmosphere is fantastic. Thank you to the manager and her team.
