Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to review Dovehaven Grove. I am sure that others looking for care for a loved one will find your feedback useful. Our home was only opened as a Dovehaven home in 2020, having been closed and totally refurbished. However, the wonderful character of the building has not been lost and we have retained many original features of the home, which gives it a real charm, but more importantly makes it feel like 'just like home'. It is a popular place to be, there is always something going on and we have identified that the phone system needs to be addressed to meet that need. This is in hand now, we are pleased to say. The team work so hard to ensure that residents are safe, happy and healthy and to have this recognised by friends and family members will give them a real sense of a 'job well done'. Kind regards
