As dad's needs changed, his care was seamlessly amended to incorporate anything he found he needed more help with. The support from the team at Fenchurch for our mum and the rest of the family was second to none, there was always someone we could talk to at any time of the day or night. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Fenchurch and would like to think if I need care in the future I could be cared for by the team at Fenchurch.

We are proud that our internal progression opportunities offer progressive roles however do take on board the recent changes. Three of our past Managers have gone on to remain within the company but as Area/Regional Managers. We do understand nonetheless the challenges of getting to know new staff members. Hopefully, you are pleased that our latest Home Manager first began his journey with us as a Care Assistant, progressing to Senior, to Deputy Manager and now to take on the role of Home Manager.
