My mother-in-law came for a two weeks stay and insisted to our family that it would only be for two weeks - to give me and my husband a respite and for herself to have different surroundings and see people her own age.
She absolutely loves it at Launton Grange and she adores the staff there so she
asked us if she could stay! It was a total surprise to us! That she wanted to stay but as we have seen with our own eyes all the different entertainment she enjoys and all the activities she can do and loves the staff we realised that she loves it and we wanted her to be somewhere she feels comfortable and at home! I can’t tell you how happy we are to see her so happy - learning things and enjoying herself so much! My husband said ( her son ) that she looks ten years younger! And that Launton Grange care home has lifted her spirits! Thanks again to all the staff there for making my husband happy knowing that his mother is having so much fun and enjoyment! Xxx

My mother recently moved to Launton Grange and it could not have been a more pleasant and easy experience. All of the carers have been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, they have all been brilliant. I know my mum has settled in and is happy as out phone calls are now short because she is busy
doing some activity or talking to someone - this is perfect. I also would like to mention the facilities - these again are excellent and could not be better. A brilliant experience!

I would like to thank all the carers for looking after my nan you are all doing a wonderful job. She has now got her life and independence back and it's all thanks to your lovely care home and care staff. I would highly recommend this lovely welcoming care home to anyone. When I came to visit my nan
for the first time in June this year she was so happy and that made me happy to be able to leave her knowing she was safe and well cared for. Thank you so much again for everything you are doing.

Initially, I only came for two weeks to give my son and daughter-in-law a rest from caring for me. I made it clear to them I was only staying that long. But after one week I told my son I was staying for good. The staff have been so good, kind and helpful. I'm so happy, bless them all. I do hope I have
a good few years more here.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They managed to accommodate my friends stay quickly. My friend is not easy to manage due to dementia but seems to have settled in less than a week. They give as much attention and care as expected considering that my friend needs nursing care. Launton Grange is
very clean and the rooms are lovely. I would recommend it for those ready for care.

The staff are very friendly and are happy to feedback information and listen to advise on what may help the resident settle in. They show care and compassion and are very encouraging and understand that the process may take a while. All the staff I have encountered have been professional and had a friendly

Launton Grange has been a lifesaver for me and my sisters. The home takes such great care of dad giving him all the care and attention he needs. It is like a 5-star hotel, the rooms, staff, food, and public areas are amazing giving all the residents a wonderful friendly environment to reside in. Nothing
is too much trouble and individual requirements are all taken care of. I have told my own children to book me in when the time comes.

My father has now been at Launton Grange for two months. He settled well. His room is beautiful, clean and comfortable with a good aspect over the garden. The staff are marvellous. He spent a short time in hospital and the staff worked hard to keep me up to date with his care plan. They also sourced
all the equipment he now needs.

My mother-in-law had a nasty fall and on her release from hospital we took the decision to put her into respite care. Launton Grange could not have been more helpful or caring. From our initial contact, our phone calls and queries were answered promptly and the staff were always helpful. Despite restrictions
due to Coronovirus we were able to call the home by telephone to talk to our relative and we were also able to visit in a Coronovirus safe environment strictly adhering to Government guidelines; it was never too much bother for us to visit or call. If we were worried about how my mother-in-law was progressing on her road to recovery we were always able to contact the home and ask for updates on her health. I have no hesitation in recommending Launton Grange as the care we received was professional, caring and helpful. All the staff that we spoke to were friendly, cheerful and genuinely seemed to care.

We were introduced to Launton Grange by local advisement. My elderly mother who suffers from vascular dementia and mobility issues was at another home locally, and initially, we decided to move her as there were no visiting facilities during covid. Launton Grange has gone out of its way to welcome my
mother and care for her mental and physical needs beyond what she was currently experiencing. The manager and her staff have been excellent.

Launton Grange is as impressive on the inside as the outside. We are so grateful that we are allowed visits in the garden room to spend that much treasured time with our loved ones. The staff are ever so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They even took us for a walk of the grounds so we could
see our relatives room from the outside. It gives us great comfort to know that she is so happy and cared for.

All staff are very helpful and treat everyone with great thoughtfulness. From first entering Launton Grange, I found it welcoming and totally professional. As a daily visitor to see my husband, I have been impressed with the individual care all the staff have shown him. Due to COVID restrictions, we
can only meet outside even though it's cold, it's just good to be able to see him.
