Sutton Park Grange is a luxury care home by Cinnamon Care Collection, who has been recognised as a Top 20 Most Recommended Care Home Group (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) by carehome.co.uk, and is ideally situated along the Birmingham Road close to Sutton Coldfield town centre.

This beautiful new care home provides 56 spacious en-suite bedrooms including a community dedicated to the care of people living with dementia. For couples, or for those who would prefer additional space, there are 4 one-bedroom suites which include an en-suite bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. All ground floor rooms and suites have direct access to their own patio area and landscaped gardens, with the first and second floors boasting a number of large balconies off the communal areas. The home has been cleverly designed to make a number of smaller communities each with their own lounge and dining rooms.

Cinnamon Care Collection pride themselves on training and personal development and the Sutton Park Grange team benefit from an experienced management and training team. The home uses the latest electronic care plans with carers able to update records instantly via the Person Centred Software handsets.

The Sutton Park chefs prepare a sumptuous and varied menu and with the home boasting a private dining room, it's the perfect place for family celebrations. I am delighted with SPG, the atmosphere and care is second to none. All the staff are kind, helpful and professional. I have seen such a positive change in my Father since he has been here. Dad joins in the activities, he is eating much better, he looks well, and engages with other residents well. The

My mother has been very well looked after. It was a very difficult time for my mother losing her husband and moving out of her home of 50 years. The care is exceptional and the staff and management really care and are very approachable. There are 4 different activities every day and this has helped
my mother to integrate. Mealtimes are a big social event and the quality of the food is very high. My sibling says it is like a 5-star hotel.

Sutton Park Grange (SPG) has been a revelation to us. The care and thoughtfulness shown to both my Father and our family have been exemplary since he came to try SPG out. He has settled so well that he is staying. His room is spacious and extremely comfortable with a larger bed that is much appreciated.
His bathroom is hotel standard. The surroundings are comfortable, immaculate, and smart but also homely. He is very complimentary about the food and we all love the coffee bar. The staff are superb - experienced, kind and friendly. They have taken the trouble to get to know my Father and also our family and to do everything they can to help both him and us. Communication is also excellent and timely. Every aspect of our experience has been so positive that it has made a challenging time much less difficult because he is safe, happy, comfortable, and cared for. Thank you, SPG. Highly recommended.

Within the home, there is a really warm and caring atmosphere. All the staff are lovely and go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. My mother is so well cared for that I can think of no better place for her to be.

My father-in-law was a resident for around one year. The staff are wonderful, and so caring, and they go above and beyond. Sutton Park Grange is a fresh, impressive-looking home that resembles a 5-star hotel. It is clean, with a very pleasant environment and it is run by attentive, caring and respectful staff. My father stayed there for respite care for a week in mid-November 2023 and he as well as the family felt that

My mother moved into Sutton Park Grange this summer and was made to feel both welcomed and cared for. The staff were attentive and thoughtful and sensitively handled her transfer to the dementia floor after a few weeks. Mum has had ups and downs and is now more settled. She has participated increasingly
with the activities on offer. As frequent visitors, my brother and I, as well as our families have been made welcome. We are pleased with Sutton Park Grange as a home for Mum.

As my mother's dementia has depended, there is great care and support both for her and me. Mum doesn't eat well and struggles with personal care,

Mum moved into Sutton Park Grange at the very end of July and the staff were so kind and helpful to me in assisting me to make the decision on her behalf. The admissions manager took the time to meet with me, to talk me through exactly how the moving-in day would run and what I needed to do beforehand.
When we arrived, everyone came to meet Mum and to introduce themselves, her room was ready, her clothes labelled and hung in her wardrobe. Wonderful!

My mother has been with Sutton Park Grange for the last five days after being in hospital for five weeks. What can I say, the team have been amazing in helping my mom feel comfortable and at ease in the short time she has been there. The management team have gone above and beyond to help Mom settle
and the whole team have been amazing, incredibly caring and supportive to Mom's needs. We can not thank you enough and we have seen a massive improvement in Mom's mood and comfort in the short time she has been in the care of Sutton Park Grange. Mom hasn't yet taken part in any activities as she is still building up her strength and confidence to participate. Thank you so much for all you have done so far for my mother. Five stars from me.

Sutton Park Grange is a well appointed care home with a touch of luxury. Whenever I've been in to visit my mother it's always looked and smelled clean. The garden is well maintained and it's nice that the residents are encouraged to take part in the planting. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful,
though they seem to have been a bit short-staffed over the last few weeks. It's comforting to know that carer/resident bonding is nurtured, as this will help my mother feel as safe and valued as possible.

I am a registered nurse of 30 years in a variety of specialities such as acute & emergency medicine, quality, falls prevention, stroke both acute & rehabilitation and for the last 10 years working in a large residential, nursing & dementia specialist home (clinical lead then general manager) Since the age of 26 all these roles have been in a leadership & management capacity.


I am a mother of one son and have a grandson, my family is very important to me. I recently got married & we have bought a renovation project in Stafford. In my spare time, I read fictional books and enjoy cross stitch. We also own a motorhome so enjoy exploring.
