Sutton Park Grange is a luxury care home by Cinnamon Care Collection, who has been recognised as a Top 20 Most Recommended Care Home Group (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) by carehome.co.uk, and is ideally situated along the Birmingham Road close to Sutton Coldfield town centre.

This beautiful new care home provides 56 spacious en-suite bedrooms including a community dedicated to the care of people living with dementia. For couples, or for those who would prefer additional space, there are 4 one-bedroom suites which include an en-suite bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. All ground floor rooms and suites have direct access to their own patio area and landscaped gardens, with the first and second floors boasting a number of large balconies off the communal areas. The home has been cleverly designed to make a number of smaller communities each with their own lounge and dining rooms.

Cinnamon Care Collection pride themselves on training and personal development and the Sutton Park Grange team benefit from an experienced management and training team. The home uses the latest electronic care plans with carers able to update records instantly via the Person Centred Software handsets.

The Sutton Park chefs prepare a sumptuous and varied menu and with the home boasting a private dining room, it's the perfect place for family celebrations. The dedicated activities team ensure hobbies and interests are catered for and with wonderful facilities including a cinema, café-bar plus a hair and beauty salon, there's plenty of opportunity for social interaction.

Really pleased with the standard of care my grandad receives at Sutton Park Grange. It is clear that he is very well looked after and genuinely cared for. Staff at the home are always going the extra mile, and Grandad has never looked more relaxed and comfortable.

Staff were very kind and very helpful. Room extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Food was good, but only small portions.

We were dissatisfied with the level of care that my uncle was receiving at his previous care home. We researched various care homes in the Sutton Coldfield area and then arranged to attend at Sutton Park Grange for a preliminary inspection. From the outset, we were impressed with the standard of the
premises, the facilities for residents and the staff that we met. We subsequently arranged for my uncle to be transferred to Sutton Park Grange. We have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the care that he is receiving and the professionalism of all the staff. We are always made to feel welcome and that the comfort and happiness of the residents is the home's first priority.

As from October, this year when my friend moved in, the home has changed her for the best. The staff are all so helpful, friendly and very well trained for her dementia care that she needs. The food is excellent and very well presented. I feel that she now has excellent care in an excellent environment.

My friend has only been at Sutton Park Grange care home for a short while, but have really noticed a big change in her. She is more relaxed and has gained a little weight too. The care given here is excellent in every way. All staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Food is excellent. The
home itself is like a hotel. Absolutely beautiful inside with everything you could possibly need. A very calm and relaxed atmosphere with beautiful decor throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff if you need anything. Thank you.

Dad has received excellent care during his respite stay here. A real home from home; staff make all the family feel so welcome. Dad has enjoyed his meals and drinks, and the hospitality extended to all the family. It's a pleasure to visit such a pleasant atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend it but
hope Dad will be able to return when needed if a room is available.

On our first visit to see my grandmother we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hojmme and the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
Although my Nan has only been there a short while all of the staff were familiar with her and she seemed very happy. Nothing was too much trouble for
the staff. Even as visitors we were offered drinks on arrival.

The management and staff are all going above and beyond to support and care for the residents, their family members and friends. The food is amazing, the activities are varied and enjoyable, and the communication is fantastic (nothing is too much), and the care is given to my gran, and the other residents
are individually tailored to the resident to ensure it is the best for them.
It is always lovely to see management around and on the floor, and the home is beautifully decorated - even if Gran does like the shiny, sparkly coasters for herself! All of you are fab!

My dad had resisted the idea of moving into a care home for some time saying, 'why would I want to leave my lovely home', but I could see he was struggling more and more on his own. So it was such a relief to me when he asked that I take him to the first open day. He was so impressed he wanted to sign
up there and then! It was the best decision he made, and that was the most important thing for me, that it was his decision... As you can see from the pictures and videos, the home is beautifully decorated and furnished with all facilities and everything you need on hand, and the garden is beautiful too with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff are all lovely and caring as you would expect, nothing is too much trouble. And the food is outstanding and lots of it - Dad has put on weight, which is great as he certainly could do with it! There are activities as well, which you can join in or not, and everybody is always very welcoming to me and Dad's visitors.

I am a registered nurse of 30 years in a variety of specialities such as acute & emergency medicine, quality, falls prevention, stroke both acute & rehabilitation and for the last 10 years working in a large residential, nursing & dementia specialist home (clinical lead then general manager) Since the age of 26 all these roles have been in a leadership & management capacity.


I am a mother of one son and have a grandson, my family is very important to me. I recently got married & we have bought a renovation project in Stafford. In my spare time, I read fictional books and enjoy cross stitch. We also own a motorhome so enjoy exploring.

I am also responsible to keep my team up to date will all training especially the COSHH standards.

My overall role is to maintain the home. I carry our routine checks daily, weekly and monthly. I liaise and organise contractors and visits into the home as well as general repairs around the home like decorating and plumbing. I support with most residents move in’s with ensuring the rooms are ready but also helping them make their room their new home with little touches like putting their pictures on the walls.

As a home administrator, I lead the Admin team and deal with the Finance, HR and Administration functions for the home. It is a varied busy role but also highly enjoyable. As the first point of contact for the home, we are here to help in any way we can.


I have a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors. However, for the last seven years, I have spent in care. Working at the head office of a company that owned homes for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues and then moved on to be an Administrator in a care home.
