Onsite parking available for both residents and visitors. Additionally, there is street parking available - so finding a space shouldn't be a problem!

We can only apologise for the fact that our care and housekeeping staff had not identified that your relative had put used clothing in bedroom drawers and had not changed the bedcover you mentioned. Your relative's care plan has been updated to make this behaviour plain and we have robustly reminded our team members that they must check drawers and other such spaces, as well as seeking to maintain the high standards of cleanliness which we always strive to achieve. We are sorry that we fell short in these instances.

I’ve worked in the care industry for almost 23 years, firstly in domiciliary care and then in care homes in an administrative & financial role.
I am now a Lodge Service Advisor at Lakelands Lodge and assist families and their loved ones through their care search; offering a point of contact should they wish to find out more about anything to do with the care we offer or the lodge itself.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.
