My husband has been at Abbey Wood Park now for 2 months. The manager and all the staff are so dedicated to the well-being and happiness of every single resident there. I go every day to see my husband and I am always welcomed whatever time of day I arrive.
There are lots of activities each week
for the residents to enjoy.
The meals are cooked on-site and are varied and plentiful.
I would recommend Abbey Wood Park 100%.

A very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The carers are very visible sitting amongst the clients and interacting with them. Activities varied, and trips out to various local venues organised and enjoyed by residents. Carers promptly report to trained staff if family have any comments or concerns. An efficient
laundry service is in place. Very thorough cleaning regime each day, very impressed seeing the manager and her assistant out amongst the residents and getting involved "hands-on".

My mother has been a resident for over two years. Amazing care home and staff. Friendly well informed, my mother has constant support and stimulation with activities. Management keep me informed of all events and any concerns are dealt with effectively.

First day Mum was treated with respect and sensitivity and very warmly welcomed at Abbey Wood Park by all staff. Mum is receiving excellent and compassionate care, giving her five children peace of mind knowing she is in very good hands, all staff are dedicated and a credit to their profession, and

I have been a HCA for 14 years, I have never seen so much care before, it has amazed me totally, and that is top of the list for me, my mum who is 94 has been here for a week, she told me she is not invisible here, she loves it here, the staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you. You are always
greeted with a smile, and asked if anything is needed, overall 10 out of 10 for full service you receive here, would recommend Abbey Wood Park to anyone who needs excellent care.

My brother has been here for about 6 weeks. It seems like longer. The care he receives is excellent. The staff treat everyone like family. In fact it does feel like family. Food is excellent nothing is too much trouble, even for fussy eaters like my brother. It was a hard decision placing my brother
here.
But it has turned out to be the right one. He is happy and safe and has more freedom than he did at home.

My husband has been at Abbey Wood Park since September 2022 after having an unsuccessful residency at another care home. From the day of arrival, my husband has been happy and content and this is a result of the care given by the staff. All of the staff are patient, kind and empathetic and adapt their
approach depending on the needs of the residents. It has a lovely family feel and everyone is welcome. We love visiting and spending time with my husband and his friend and their families. The manager has a fantastic team here and I am so happy that she was able to accommodate my husband when he was most in need. I would 100% recommend Abbey Wood Park.

My mother was moved to Abbey Wood after being moved on from her previous home due to being a high falls risk. After quite a while of trying mood swings due to Mum's dementia, things are finally settling, plus to reviews to Mum's medication. The staff are so good with Mum. Patient and kind. It's such
a weight off my mind to know Mum is now settled and is well looked after.

My dad moved to Abbey Wood Park Nursing Home in February this year. We are very happy with the care he is receiving from both the nursing staff and carers. They show him love and care and nothing is too much trouble. It is a very happy environment and the manager and her team should be applauded.

Having looked after my dad for over 3 years at home I was extremely apprehensive and resistant to him going into a home. However, from day 1, the staff have been absolutely fantastic and made me feel much more at ease with him being there. My dad has quite high behavioural needs but the level of care
and enthusiasm from the care and management staff is amazing and really helped my dad settle very quickly. We as a family couldn’t be more grateful to them.

My dad has been at Abbey Wood now for about 10 months, the level of care he receives is fantastic and the manager and her team go above and beyond for residents and their families, it’s daunting having to put a loved one in care, however, I feel completely at ease with Dad being here as I know he is
well looked after.
We visit Dad every day and nothing is ever a trouble for the staff!
Can’t thank them all enough and I would 100% recommend Abbey Wood should you ever need it for a loved one.

My sister had the best care in Abbey Wood. We were always made welcome on our visits. The staff are amazing so kind and caring. Always available with up-to-date information. Cannot fault them at all. The food is good and always well-presented.

Our mum moved to Abbey Wood Park Nursing Home in Feb 2022. She had been in hospital for a few months prior to this after an unsatisfactory stay in a previous care home. She had been unable to return home due to her needs.
We were apprehensive about the move due to our previous bad experience. We
were unsure what to expect. From the moment we met the manager and team, we knew Mum was in safe hands. All the staff are very caring, friendly and kind. The staff go above and beyond to make it a nice environment to live in with lots of things going on. All individuals and their likes and dislikes are catered for.
In January 2023 my dad also moved in. It’s great that they can spend time together. The staff make a big effort to enable this.
We now have total peace of mind knowing that they are well cared for. Thank you to all who work here. Very well-managed care home.
