Thank you for sharing your thoughts and we certainly take your comments seriously. Caring for someone living with Dementia can be a challenge when we don’t have all of the facts enabling us to best support someone. Given a little more time your concerns would have been quite easily resolved by working with us, as this is often a joint and shared journey for everyone involved. We do try to deliver the best possible care but there are times when things don’t work out due to the complexities of the disease. Again, I can only pass on our apologies that things have not worked out at Castor on this occasion, despite getting it right for so many others. We wish you and your family well in sourcing care elsewhere.
