As a Senior General Manager and Registered Nurse, I have been able to mentor, develop and share my skill set to enhance the lives of the people we look after, and those I work with at Barchester Healthcare across Oxfordshire,

I am passionate about the lives of our older generation and believe we learn from our residents every day. We encourage each of our residents to live life to the fullest and remain part of the local community.

At Waterside Court we encourage independent living, offering support and continued friendships and well-being. We pride ourselves on the dementia care we deliver proving that people really can live well with dementia.

I have over 20 years of experience in care and am extremely passionate about caring for our resident and making a positive impact on their lives and their loved ones. I absolutely love my role and I'm passionate about creating meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents.
