Family, friends and other visitors welcome at any time and can come in for a drink or some lunch as if it was a loved one's own home - the home have no closed hours

It wasn’t easy looking at care homes for the respite care mum needed during Covid, but the manager and staff at Flowers Manor have
Respite has turned into residency because mum is so happy at Flowers Manor and that makes us happy too. I feel that we are building very positive relations with the staff alongside mum. If you take on a resident you also take on their family!
The staff ensure that healthcare and liaison with doctors and community nurses are paramount, no little things are ignored or belittled.
Mums appetite has returned and she looks forward to her meals which are very good and well tailored to the elderly. Her likes and dislikes are well catered for.
The rooms are well appointed and we look forward to seeing the newly planted garden develop.

Leah Joined Elmfield Care in September 2021 working at Old Sarum Manor as Deputy Manager and soon after moving over to Flowers Manor as Assistant General Manager. Leah has worked in the care industry for over 20 years and has gained a wealth of experience and qualifications in the field. As well as working in residential care homes she has also worked in various NHS hospitals and other nursing facilities.
