From the initial phone call to the moment my Dad entered the home, every aspect was amazing. Within 24 hours the assessment was done while my Dad was still in the hospital. We appreciated all the help and support from all the staff, from the admin girls to carers. The care home is amazing, clean, and
modern. Lots of activities. Most importantly, as this is my Dad's first experience of a care home he is very happy and content. Would definitely recommend.

I was desperate to get care for my Dad who was in the hospital. I needed care immediately as he was going to be discharged and I was going on holiday. From the first phone call, the manager took all the stress and worry away for me and my family. Two days later he was in her and her team's care. As
for the staff, well they are all so kind and caring. We feel like we have known them forever. I will 100% recommend to all friends and family.

I booked into Foley Grange care home for a 2-week recuperation following a hip replacement operation at the end of April 2022. The viewing, reservation and booking procedure was easy and straightforward, helped by the friendly and understanding care home manager. My room was ideal for my needs, with
all the necessary private facilities, with the added bonus of views of the Severn Valley Railway. All the staff were helpful, friendly, approachable, understanding and efficient, meeting my every request - they are all Foley Grange "angels"!


The three daily meals were tasty, home-cooked and freshly prepared from mainly locally sourced ingredients with a good variety. The daily events calendar offered a variety of interesting and engaging activities. Medication, laundry and other requests were handled efficiently and effectively. My short time here exceeded all my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending this care home to prospective short and long term residents

It was very pleasing to see my mother-in-law in her care home for the first time in her placement. I could see how happy she was. The carers could not do any more for her and us while on our visit, such a pleasure.

It was the first time I visited the establishment I was overwhelmed by the beautiful, homely surroundings, caring friendly staff. But mostly, I was just relieved and reassured that my relative is receiving first-class dignified and respectful care with all his physical, emotional, psychological needs

Very friendly welcome for all of the staff. My grandmother looks so happy and up to so much every day. The room always looks fresh and tidy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I can't wait for the Covid restrictions to relax so grandmother can see out races etc. The staff can't do enough
to help and support grandmother to live the rest of her life.
