Generally very good - staff always pleasant and welcoming. Residents sometimes restive, usually when routine is upset. Perhaps explanation would help.

Mum has been here for almost 18 months. The care is amazing, the staff are superb and the home is very welcoming to all. My family and I are regular visitors at all times of the day and consider a lot of the staff as an extended family now as they are so caring to Mum and considerate of her needs. Mum
is safe, happy, and loved what more can I ask for?

I am so happy that my Mum is being looked after by the wonderful staff at Cadley. My Mum came to Cadley at the beginning of March and the staff made such a big effort to help her settle in. It is such an emotional and scary thing leaving your home for the last time and moving to a new and strange environment
but right from the very first moment the friendliness and caring attitude of everyone in the home was so reassuring. My Mum has settled in and is joining in some of the many activities organised by the Pink Ladies (not the apples by the way). I live in Australia and as well as being able to speak to her on the phone I can also see my Mum through the social media page that has new photos posted most days and it makes me feel even more part of what's going on. I love seeing her face pop up, usually smiling doing things she would never be doing before. Our family is very lucky that Cadley is taking care of Mum. Thank you.

We cannot fault Cadley Hill View. The staff are amazing, friendly, understanding and compassionate to both our father and to myself and my sister. The speed at which the home could accept our father for respite care was exceptional and it was a relief at how much he loved staying with you. Thank you

I am very happy with Cadley Hill View and my mum has settled in very well. I do however have a suggestion, there appear no 'set procedures' for doing things e.g Mum was on a fluid cap and different staff operated different systems which confused/worried Mum. She was unclear whether the water left in
her jug was the total allowance still permissible. Surely there should be one procedure for handling this rather than each team/person operating their own preferred system.

Before considering Cadley Hill View we looked around and it was by far the best in terms of providing an environment that felt homely for my mother-in-law. Since moving her in, on a two-week respite trial, the staff have all worked hard to help her acclimatise and make her feel she's at a home away
from home.

My father has been at Cadley Hill View for over a year now. In all that time the staff have been excellent and very friendly, making time to initially settle him in and now make sure he has everything he needs and is happy. He enjoys the quizzes, bingo and singers and especially enjoys wild minds (exercise).
The staff are also friendly and helpful to myself and other family members and I do feel that there is a lovely family, happy feel to Cadley Hill View.

I have been to visit my friend today and what a lovely care this is. From the minute you walk through the door, to the end of the visit it is amazing. The staff are so friendly, I am not old enough yet (65, haha) but this is where I would love my son's to send me to make this my last home.

I am so grateful we were able to get Mum back into Cadley Hill View care home from the hospital. The staff are so approachable, kind and compassionate as well as professional. There are always plenty of activities and entertainments which mum has appreciated in the past, even though she isn't currently
well enough to enjoy them. Good standards of care and accommodation.

My mother has recently become a resident at Cadley Hill View. As a family, we looked at a fair few rest homes before choosing Cadley Hill. Our initial impressions have been surpassed by the experience of my mother's stay. The atmosphere is very friendly and the ethos is of enabling and treating residents
with respect and dignity. The establishment is very well run and my mother has settled very well. Many thanks to all staff and residents for making my mother feel so welcome!

Absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in. Feels more like a hotel! The range of activities is awesome with in-house and trips out. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. I'd move in myself if I could! It is so clean. If you fancy a tipple, then why not! They've
got it. Life doesn't stop here and why should it?

The building and facilities are excellent. Sometimes parking is difficult. The staff, without exception, are cheerful, caring and helpful. We are always welcomed. Mum hasn't had many extra care needs, but when asked the staff always go the extra mile. It is early days for us, but I sometimes am not
sure about the system i.e. ordering medicines so feel I've been a bit muddled, but I'm sure we'll sort that out. The carer on the top floor does seem as though she has a heavy workload. All in all, I feel happy with Mum staying at Cadley Hill View on respite.

Mum went to Cadley Hill in April. She settled in very well and made a lot of friends. I cannot fault the staff, who are very caring. The accommodation is lovely, just like a hotel. Very welcoming when you walk in. The activities and trips out are brilliant. Mum very much enjoys all her meals. Nothing
is too much trouble.

I knew as soon as I walked in that Cadley Hill View was where I wanted my mum to be. Not only does it look and feel like a 5* hotel, the staff are so friendly, so caring and treat both residents and their relations like family.
Since my mum moved in, 6 months ago, I have had total peace of mind seeing
her happy when I visit and knowing that when I leave she will be safe and well cared for. To me, this is priceless. Thank you.

The care home is clean and tidy and run professionally. There are also cakes, chocolates and drinks available.
Individual care staff members are polite and pleasant - however, there seems to be very little interaction just to pass the time of day with residents who don't take part in activities, such
as just popping in to say hello or have a coffee with them. There is a lot of social media activity, but very focused on marketing.

I needed to find a suitable home quickly. I was offered a tour within 24 hours and the assessment, acceptance and move happened quickly and efficiently. I find all staff very approachable, easy to communicate with and very kind. Any requests are acted upon quickly and I find follow-ups to requests quite
refreshing. Clearly the environment is amazing and my relative is very happy in her new home.
