The staff always make me feel very welcome when I go and see my great grandad. Grandad's room is always clean and tidy, he's always smartly presented and well fed. The staff go out of their way to make sure I have quality time with him when I go and I am encouraged by the staff to go and speak to one
of them if there is an issue and they will try their hardest to resolve the issue. Thank you to all the staff at Meadows Park for making this feel like Grandad's home.

My father has had a great time, thank you to the staff for everything. Wonderful food, thank you chef. Treated with respect and dignity. Taken out for walks in the garden, which he loved. Thanks once again for everything you have done for him.

The Meadows care home, a professional caring and supportive home, for my mum, family orientated, personal-centred care. The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. Activities are varied and inclusive, adapting to the needs of each individual resident.

Kind, caring staff, plenty to do, a nice, relaxed environment, tidy bedrooms kept to a high standard. Food excellent and plenty of choices. Entertainment very good and always eager to encourage all residents to join in.

My father entered Meadows Park initially for respite care but his health deteriorated very rapidly so that he eventually remained as a resident until his death four weeks later. We were very impressed throughout his stay by both the home's facilities, its cleanliness, and most importantly by the professionalism,
adaptability and caring nature of the staff who went out of their way to make him feel at home, comfortable and pain-free. We unhesitatingly recommend this care home to others.

Very calm and welcoming environment. The staff were really helpful and went the 'extra mile' to make sure we had a relaxed and enjoyable visit with a new resident/friend. Other residents all seemed happy to be there.

My father spent the last five months of his very long life (100 years) at Meadows Park. It was like a family-run five-star hotel. Facilities super, staff not only efficient but very caring and patient. Dad was not the easiest to please latterly! It is always very hard to put one's loved one into an
institution, but both my brother and I are so pleased we chose Meadows Park. As one of the local GPs, it is always my number one recommendation! I will be eternally grateful for your super care.

My experience of Meadows Park Care Home from the first telephone call and the first visit to the last has been nothing but outstanding. The staff dealing with me have listened, understood, and showed empathy, perseverance, helpfulness and kindness throughout. Sadly my husband passed away only a short
time into their care but I believe he was always treated with dignity and respect. Requests that were personal to him were accommodated. Family and friends were always made welcome at any time. Communication between myself and the staff was excellent as being kept informed was very important to me. A beautiful care home with wonderful staff.

The staff and the home were fantastic, caring and helpful throughout my grandma's time at Meadows Park Care Home and any requests and queries were answered straight away.
The staff were so lovely and when my grandmother's health began to deteriorate, we were unsure if she would be able to come to
my wedding, the staff decorated a room and baked us a cake so we could host a faux wedding so she could be included. Nothing was ever too much trouble and my grandma received the best possible care we could ask for.
Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to care for a loved one.

My mother has been attending day care at Meadows Park for some time. She comes out happy and engaged. She has had a couple of stays in respite when we have been away and has been extremely well cared for. Due to changes in her medical conditions, we have decided to put her into long-term respite here,
with the confidence that she is happy in the home. The staff really could not do more for her and are unfailingly smiling and attentive. They have shown me incredible empathy too whilst I have been navigating a difficult time.

We were so thankful to find this wonderfully caring and compassionate home for our mum. She was a dementia sufferer and once she became a widow deteriorated quickly. We, fortunately, became aware of Meadows Park and she moved in there. It was the best thing we could have done, and we will be forever
grateful. Words cannot express how wonderful and caring all the staff were and the excellent care they provided.

Mum was at Meadows Park from February until October when she sadly passed away. During that time we visited the home many times and was always impressed by the quality of the care home, always clean modern and welcoming, but much more importantly the staff.
Mum was incredibly well looked after and
the care and compassion from all the staff was simply outstanding.
I don't think we could ever have found a better place for our Mum to spend her last few months.

The staff were kind and friendly. Welcomed my parents and made their first experience in a care home setting, very enjoyable. Both parents enjoyed the food and choices they were given. All communal areas were clean, tidy and fresh. Would highly recommend.

My mum was a resident at Meadows Park from February 2022 until October 2022 when she sadly passed away. During her stay, she was incredibly well looked after. We had no doubts the she was in excellent and safe hands at all times. The home is run as close to a 'home from home 'experience as you could
wish for. The staff truly bring about a family atmosphere. I visited my mum nearly every day and got to know the staff and the other residents very well. During my mum's decline, they could not help her enough and the support and comfort offered to me in her last few days could not have been better. Mum suffered from dementia and the staff have so much patience, often in trying circumstances, I really can't praise them enough. It was so comforting to know that Mum was somewhere where the staff genuinely cared about her and their other residents. Thank you.

After 5 months of battling against inept social services and a very disinterested NHS, I managed to place Mother in Meadows Park in Aug 2022 despite requiring additional oxygen (COPD). Unfortunately, Mum died in September but her time in Meadows Park was the most calm and settled Mum had been for ages.
In fact, she settled very quickly unlike her numerous moves whilst in the hospital system. The home and professional staff were 5 star, and Mum was treated with respect and dignity, something I thought the NHS failed to do. Mum had dementia but the NHS would not listen to me (so no diagnosis), but the care home did and provided the respect and care she deserved. She was always dressed smartly, and ate better than any hospital stay. I am grateful for the little time she had here, passing peacefully with dignity. It provided me with some quality time with my mum.
My only regret is not doing this sooner, something I never thought I would have to experience.

I just thought I ought to say something about my mother's care, we had been unhappy with the care she received in a previous home and we were assured by the management here that they would offer considerably better care, I am pleased to say they have lived up to their word. My mother is happier, I feel
the staff are much more involved and are making life better for her. Her care and appearance have also improved. The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Meadow Park Care Home is definitely a five-star in my book.

My dad was a resident in Meadows Park Care Home for about 6 weeks. 5 stars is not enough. The home itself is beautiful, great facilities and the rooms are amazing. The real treasures in this home are the staff, each and everyone go out of their way to make the residents welcome. They really care, from
the housekeepers to the managers. They one and all held my hand through the hardest time. They are fantastic. I even stayed there while my dad was at the end of life, they could not do enough for me. If you are looking for a home for a family member pick this one, you will not be sorry. Thank you to everyone working here for your care compassion and kindness.

Having cared for my wife for six years, a recent illness progressed her dementia to a point where her already demanding care needs changed and permanent residence in a care home became a necessity. The manager and her team at Meadows Park provided a caring, professional introduction at an extremely
emotional and stressful time. They remain superbly committed to high standards in everything they do and the ways in which they work tirelessly and skillfully as a team to provide a happy and safe environment for residents is impressive.

My father has been in Meadows Park for almost a month and the fabulous staff and surroundings have made a very difficult time in our family’s life a much easier transition. The home is a bespoke building beautifully furnished, my fathers room has a patio door out onto a lovely garden area and everything
you would expect in a modern and comfortable bedroom. The staff have always been very helpful, attentive and informative from our very first contact and we cannot fault the way they’ve looked after both Dad and the family during this very stressful time.
