In our hour of need, rushed after being let down by another venue, staff ar Meadows Park couldn't have been more supportive. Friendly and knowledgeable, they showed us around their amazing facilities and venue. Clean and homely, not like a care home, it's like a hotel! We were not rushed, we were individuals
and felt like the priority.
Everything has been easy, they even labelled clothes for Mother-In-Law and offered us support and advice when we asked. We hear about how fun activities are and how good food is - a very happy family.

My sisters and I have been overwhelmed at the care and consideration that Mum has experienced from everyone working in the home since she arrived from a difficult week in hospital just over two weeks ago.
Each day we have noticed her making a little progress, eating better, getting stronger and a
bit more mobile.
It's early days but Mum is starting to interact well with both the staff and the other residents who are very friendly. The home is spacious and clean. The staff make an effort at all levels, even on the little things like different tablecloths and decorations to celebrate Valentine's day.
It's always a big decision to put someone into a home. But we feel that we have found the right place where Mum is safe, will be well looked after and, hopefully, as happy as she can be.

Early days yet, but my wife seems to be getting good care and attention and is slowly settling in.

Lovely room. All staff are very helpful and patient with my sister who has quite a lot of medication and is very assertive. She was feeling very anxious on arrival and quite poorly. She became so much better and, after only 3 days, she was like a different person. She got her confidence back and was
eating well. It was one week's respite, but she will be back for more. As a family, my brother and I were so relieved that we have found a perfect care home for all my sister's needs.

My mother has been resident in Meadows Park Care Home for just over a month and from our initial enquiries up to the present day all staff members have been most welcoming and courteous.
What could have been a very stressful time for mother and the immediate family was made less so by the care and
attention to detail demonstrated by the staff.
Having lived alone she is now relishing the company of others on a daily basis and having the opportunity to partake in planned activities should she wish to.
We are appreciative of being involved in any decisions regarding changes to her care and medication and are very happy that any concerns by the staff are promptly raised with us.
