As the Customer Relations Manager at Montague House, Jacqueline has guided countless families through the process of transitioning their loved ones into care. Jacqueline takes great pride in being a dependable source of comfort and trust for families during what can be an emotional journey. My name is Jackie Edwards, and I am currently the Clinical Lead at Montague house. My previous role was inpatient manager at a local prison where I had worked for 18 years. I decided I needed a new challenge that’s when I joined Hamberley Care Homes and came to Montague house. My role includes looking after the clinical side of the home, including the health and welfare of staff and residents. It has been a delightful experience that I thoroughly enjoy.
