There are 47 spacious ensuite bedrooms and 4 luxurious one bedroomed care suites each with separate lounge and kitchenette area which are ideal for couples or those who would prefer additional space and independence.

As a newly installed resident, my opinion is this care home can be judged by the resident values below. Just excellent in every respect. To enter and reside here is akin to a high-class hotel with particular emphasis on the quality and care of the excellent staff. To be highly recommended to seekers
of an outstanding retirement facility.

The last thing on my mind was to leave my home that I had lived in for over 40 years to enter a care home. I have now been in Lakeview Grange for five weeks. I now consider myself a very lucky lady to have found such a complete home to spend my retirement.

I stayed at Lakeview Grange to recoup after a replacement knee operation and was given contained care and support by wonderful staff who were always on hand when needing extra help day or night. The home is newly open, and it's light and airy with lovely, comfortable rooms with plenty of space to move
around. I would encourage anyone thinking of looking for a home to come here and have a look; you will be very impressed. The staff make the home special.

My mum fell in love with Lakeview Grange on her first visit. She feels very well looked after and enjoys the community in the home. We are very happy with her care. The staff seem to go beyond the normal standards to keep everyone happy.

Lakeview Grange is a luxury care home in every sense. The interior design is that of a five star hotel. The atmosphere is warm hearted, welcoming and caring. So many amenities for residents including a plush cinema, hair salon, a wonderful bar/coffee/lounge area and beautifully decorated and spacious
bedrooms/ensuites. The staff i have encountered without exception are kind, calm, friendly and professional and so many have gone out of their way to really get to know my father and help him settle in. Fabulous programme of activities every day. Delicious food with lots of choice and variety each day. Thoroughly recommend Lakeview to anyone looking for a loved one to be cared for like one of the family.

My dad aged 76 years, moved into Lakeview Grange in March 2023. I had been most anxious about finding the right home for him to settle in, but everyone at Lakeview has truly made a difficult time, so much easier to adjust to. I have been very impressed with all the staff, who are friendly and caring
and have worked very hard at ensuring that my dad has had a tailored service to meet his needs, which I am extremely thankful for. Well done to the chef also, for the amazing food. Absolutely delicious. The manager is a star and is so approachable. Your kindness has been much appreciated.
I would absolutely recommend Lakeview Grange to anyone currently needing/looking for a care home - either for respite or long-term care. The home has such a positive energy and has something special.

My parents moved in March. The home is very well furnished and very comfortable. The catering is excellent as is the availability of beverages etc. The staff are lovely, they look after the facilities and residents very well. My parents have settled in well and are very comfortable.

This care home is the best I have ever encountered and I have visited many. I wanted to place my elderly parents 95 and 89 years of age in respite care whilst my husband and I took a 2 week cruise. The moment I walked in the door and was met by the general manager I immediately knew it was the place
for my parents. I was met with such a warm professional welcome. My parents stayed for 2 weeks in March 2023. The care staff were fantastic. Kind and caring. Nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent. My husband and I were invited to lunch on the day we collected my parents. Truly delicious and well presented food.
My parents thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and I can honestly say I would have no hesitation in recommending Lakeview Grange Care Home to anyone. It has the best environment, care, staff, and activities. A big thank you for looking after my dear parents so well. We will see you all again in the future. A five star experience. Excellent.

My mother received a tremendous welcome when she started her respite stay at Lakeview Grange just over two weeks ago with flowers from the team and special memories from home, such as family photographs, already in her room. With her mobility and general health having deteriorated since her first visit,
the general manager and staff have all shown their determination to help her to recover physically and rediscover her spark. They have encouraged her to walk as much as she is able, join in all activities and always have time for a chat and a laugh. She has already made terrific progress and I cannot thank everyone enough for the care and attention they have given mum and every member of the family who has visited. Mum appears happy, comfortable, motivated and healthy in her new surroundings and her only concern seems to be how long she is allowed to stay. I was delighted to inform the general manager that she would like to become a permanent resident. Thanks to a truly dedicated team.

My relative moved to Lakeview Grange this week, this could have been a very difficult time for them but the welcome received made them feel so much more relaxed and happy. Whilst of course it is still early days I have been very impressed by the management and staff at the home and any request has been
dealt with promptly and with understanding.


As a family we are looking forward to seeing how the activities engage with my relative and whilst I have not witnessed yet, from the initial interaction from the Activities Coordinator who actually wrote to my relative before she moved in introducing herself, this too, bodes well.


Food and hospitality so far have been excellent. Well done to General Manager and his team!

Jackie Cridlin

Job Title: Home Admissions Advisor

In my role, I work with families and friends who are looking for a care home for their loved one. From the moment they make their enquiry for care to when they move their loved one into Lakeview Grange, I ensure their journey goes as smoothly as possible by supporting them every step of the way for a smooth transition.


I started my career in care as a retirement housing manager in Central London and for the last 20 years, I have supported Home Admission Advisors with training in care homes across the country. In the last 3 years, I have stepped down from a regional role and decided to focus on just one care Home, hence my role at Lakeview Grange. I treat every family with dignity and respect and will go above and beyond to ensure family members receive the support they need in helping them to make the right decisions for, what can be a very emotional experience.


Born in South London and now living in Chichester with my partner. Between us, we have four children who have all flown the nest.


My family mean the world to me, and I try to meet with them as much as possible. Being happy with a positive attitude is my attitude to life.

My role involves creating a varied and exciting Activity Plan reflecting residents’ individual hobbies and shared interests, with daily physical activities (including ‘Zing’ our in-house exercises) and chances for new opportunities.


Maintaining old, and building new, relationships are vital, and we welcome visitors, volunteers and local groups.


Equally key for wellbeing is getting out whether in and around Chichester or using our accessible garden.


Activities also encompass cultural and religious beliefs, as well as National Holidays and events. As a whole Home, we will celebrate with fun ‘Theme Days’ involving food, music, art & craft and Fancy Dress and competitions.


For the last 7 years, I’ve been a Care Home Activities Co-Ordinator, where I completed my ‘Active Engagement’ Apprenticeship. Before, I cared for my dad (who was blind and terminally ill) and then my Mum (who had physical disabilities and Dementia). Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in many Social Care sectors as a Carer, Manager and qualified as a Master of Social Work.


With my Degree in English & Drama, I write and perform in a Theatre Group, I’m in various Choirs and volunteer at my Community Cinema. I love ‘Nostalgia’ and Classic Cars - sharing a ‘Moggy Minor’ with my partner. We also share our cat and dog, and a love of history, travel, pub quizzes and being by the sea.

I am responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the home and ensuring, with the support of my team, that the laundry service is of a high standard. I work closely with the Home Admission Advisor to ensure that our luxury en-suite rooms are ready and welcoming for our new residents with a focus on presenting our show suites to the Cinnamon standard.


For the last 30 years, I have worked in the care industry.


My previous experience has been more operational where I had the role and responsibility as a Deputy Manager at a Dementia Care Home in the Selsey area.


My career intentions were to stay in the care industry where the opportunity arose to head up the housekeeping team and I fell in love with the standard and quality of Lakeview Grange on the first day I arrived – and that ‘Wow’ feeling is still in my heart.


I live in a small village called Oving, Chichester, a short drive from Lakeview Grange it was the best move I made, over 14 years ago when my son was due to start secondary school.


My family are my world. I am extremely proud of my son James, daughter Claire and my amazing granddaughter, Ava.


Living by the sea has lots of benefits. When I have time to myself, I enjoy spending the day at the beach reading a good book, particularly thrillers. I am a proud ‘lady that does lunch’ and cannot be happier when my friends and extended family come to visit, where I can also show off my garden which has taken me 6 years to be proud to show.

I am responsible for the care and support, both physical and emotional for all residents living at Lakeview Grange. Supporting, guiding, and training my care team is important, to ensure Lakeview Grange delivers the best care in the area.


I have worked in the care industry for the last 14 years, in the community and within local care homes.


My family are very important to me, I have two beautiful nieces and nephews who I adore and try to spend as much time with them as I can. Need to mention Alfie, my 14-year-old dog. Alfie is such a good boy who has been by my side over the past 14 years.


If I am not spending time with my family and Alfie, I make time to listen to music, take long walks and visit the gym.

Radmila Novakovic

My job is to provide physical and emotional support for the residents at Lakeview Grange and to supervise and support the care team working on my community.
I have worked in the care industry just under seven years ago firstly in domiciliary care and shortly after, as a Care Assistant in the Oxford area. I am currently studying an apprenticeship – NVQ5 for Leadership and Management in Adult Healthcare. I am a lawyer by profession but quickly learned that working in the care industry is my calling and wished I had realised this earlier in life.
My plan is to work my way up re leadership in care.
I was born and raised in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia -now Bosnia and Herzegovina. 25 years were spent living in Prague before arriving in England nearly 7 years ago and what I consider as ‘my home’.
Chichester is a wonderful place to live, my spare time is spent exploring this beautiful city.
My family are very important to me, and I regularly fly to Belgrad to visit my family and Prague to spend time with my beautiful

I am a wife, a mother and a grandmother of two beautiful little boys. Good hospitality is something learnt from a young age and something that comes naturally to me. I love to organise and host parties with an elegant touch. I am passionate of what I do, whether I am at work or at home. Everyone that knows me, knows that I take pride in presenting myself well and good hospitality is very important to me.

My decision to work in the care sector enabled me to have a healthy work-life balance, it was the best career decision I have made.
