We take all feedback very seriously. We apologise that the placement did not work out, however the placement was not suitable and for the safety of your Grandad, the other residents and the staff, an alternative placement was required to ensure that your Grandad could receive the safest care in a more suitable environment that could cater for his high level of individual needs.
At The Rivers, the safety and care of our residents and staff is paramount. I can assure you that staff are all trained in order to carry out their job role during their induction period and The Rivers is currently working above staffing levels as indicated by our dependency tool to ensure we can provide the best care possible.
