My mother moved here in October 2022 and loved it immediately. She loves her room and all the comforts. The food is always amazing and the chef will do any favourites for her. There is always great entertainment and activities. All the staff are so caring and attentive and all the family are made to
feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend this home and my mother is truly happy here.

Initial enquiry speedily and efficiently dealt with, a home visit to do a care plan was lovely. Moving in was smooth and all staff approachable and kind. Aunt is very happy, feels safe and loves the food and activities. A couple of issues regarding adaptations needed responded to appropriately. Really
happy, no agency staff were utilised so the staff know the residents. Staffing ratios are greater than the legal minimum and all staff are trained by the company irrespective of their past experience. The premises are immaculate and new. So for all been really good.

An outstanding facility in every regard. Beautifully decorated and maintained, lovely rooms, wonderful meeting spaces, super food but, most importantly, the friendly, caring, professional staff (management, carers and chefs alike). Medical and personal care is second to none. Impossible to fault.

From the minute you walk through the front doors, you are greeted by friendly faces. A beautiful building, beautifully decorated, full of beautiful people. Nothing is too much to ask. They simply cannot do enough. I had great expectations and all my tick boxes have been ticked. I know my aunt is very
happy here and I can rest easy knowing she has the very best of care and attention at a push of a button. That's if she remembers to push it. Can't fault her care. They get a big thumbs up from me and my family.

My mother and father-in-law have just finished a month's respite at Thorn Springs. We, as a family, cannot speak highly enough about the experience my mother and father-in-law have had here. Firstly the staff. The ease of administration and efficiency of how quickly the transition was into getting them
moved in, was incredible. All of the staff, from the manager, Deputy manager, seniors and care staff and the chefs, all delivered in a friendly, caring, kind and professional manner and in beautiful surroundings. My in-laws' needs were more than met and they checked in, in a pretty poor state. A month later the difference is remarkable. What has impressed us is the detail of how they log each detail of each resident's day. Everything is recorded, from practical needs to emotional needs and any changes. The delivery of the medications to encouraging them to be ready for home again (personal care) has been wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Thorn Springs.

My parents went to Thorn Springs for respite care for 4 weeks. The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean and all of the team are amazing. They were the first residents and have been looked after like royalty. The food looks lovely and my stepfather has put on weight since arriving, which he needed
too. The management of medication, has like everything else, been excellent and with the assistance of a doctor, this has been updated and flu and booster jabs arranged.
We could not have picked a better place for them to be and all I can say is a big thank you for looking after them.

My husband and I have been visiting our good friend at Thorn Springs and cannot fault it. You are greeted by friendly staff and offered tea and coffee when you arrive. The home is newly built with all the facilities and comfort you would want, with bedrooms that are en-suite and all have a television
and fridge in them and are brightly decorated. We were very impressed, and our friend seems to have settled in very well.
