In 2022, he started Cromwell Care, another luxury care home provider that opened The Mayfield Care Home in Whitby in March 2023. Tobyn is passionate about building a talented, caring team that is aligned with The Mayfield’s values and focused on providing the very best care and hospitality to our residents.

Natalie began her journey in care at age 18, nearly 14 years ago and has experience in lots of areas including residential and dementia care. During that time Natalie has gained a broad range of skills and qualifications.

Lindsay grew up and has lived in Whitby all her life. She has a huge amount of experience and will be the first person most of The Mayfield's residents and relatives come into contact with. She has a large variety of responsibilities that are very important to the efficient running of The Mayfield.
Outside work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Richard is Head Chef at The Mayfield. He has a huge amount of experience in all types of cooking and has worked at numerous restaurants in and around Whitby. Richard oversees our kitchen team and is key to the amazing dining experience enjoyed by our residents!

Graham oversees maintenance at The Mayfield which involves a wide range of activities! He worked in engineering his whole career and enjoys running, motocross, spending time with his family and looking after his young grandchildren!
