Sam Janes has worked in care for seven of his sixteen successful years as a chef. Working in two rosette restaurants, hotels, and fine dining establishments handling high volume operations before joining Cofton Park Manor. Outside of work, Sam likes to keep sports by playing football and golf in his free time.
