I am very pleased my mother-in-law spent her last weeks surrounded by a pleasant, friendly, kind and professional team. The infrastructure and services were excellent and comforting for the family during this time and the team could not have faulted for how they cared for my mother-in-law and the whole
family.
A big thank you to the team from management all the way done to the team.

Care overlapped a change of management with new manager, much more effective and efficient, implementing changes to security with immediate effect. Care and nursing staff extremely dedicated and considerate of client needs. Food provided was excellent in standard, nutrition and presentation, but adaptation
needed to choices to allow for more traditional tastes of elderly clients e.g. stews, meat and 2 veg and gravy, etc. Menus not displayed which would help relatives. That said, chefs were amenable to change to soft foods or offer to cook alternatives. New manager implementing once a month communication/meet with families which is much appreciated as home becomes busier and more occupied.

My stepfather was discharged to Hatfield Manor via the NHS to be cared for in the last months of his 93 year life from hospital.
The carers treated him with absolute love and care throughout his six weeks with Hatfield Manor. Nothing was any trouble. Both my mum and I could leave him every night knowing
that he was safe and being treated with humanity.
The accommodation, facilities, and provisions were first class. I can't recommend enough.

The care my father-in-law is receiving is first-class. The staff are all caring in a very professional manner. My father-in-law was very nervous at the start but settled so quickly with the help of the staff. He is smiley, and comfortable and loves to praise the staff. The food is of an excellent standard
and plentiful. As a family, we are all overjoyed with everything.

As the first resident at Hatfield Manor our mother had little to go on other than the amazing quality of the rooms, communal areas and the proactive management team getting everything ready for opening. From the very first day I have been hugely impressed with every aspect of the operation on site from
the high quality medical supervision to the care team and the catering staff. All focused on wellbeing and adding those little touches which make a difference during the day.
I would absolutely recommend Hatfield Manor as an example of the next generation of care homes which are now setting the standards missing in the older institutions.

My husband has dementia and is a very complex case, he is only 68.
The home itself is beautiful and my husband has a lovely spacious room. That aside, does not compare to the excellent staff.
The whole team at Hatfield Manor have been so supportive and understanding.
My husband loves the food
and even the chef takes time out to come and chat to him.
The care staff have taken the time to engage with my husband in his love of music.
We had an issue with my husband at the weekend and a member of staff, who my husband I very comfortable with, stayed two hours after her shift ended to calm him down.
The staff are clearly very well trained and it seems more than just a job to them.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this home.

Our mother is enjoying a fantastic quality of life at Hatfield Manor. Seven of us recently gathered together as a family to share a delicious meal in the fine dining room where we enjoyed some wonderful moments which we never thought we would get again. Staff are sensitive to our needs as relatives
every bit as much as they are to our mother's as a resident, the care, both medical and pastoral, is exemplary, thank you so much.
