Both the management and staff are very supportive and caring to both my husband and myself. The care my husband receives is first class and he is treated with respect and dignity. Well done Cavell Park for all your hard work in achieving such an excellent care home that really cares for its residents.

Staff are professional, show kindness, and are proactive with Dad's care. Dad's needs are put first. As a family, we are kept well informed, listened to, and involved with discussions and decisions regarding Dad’s health and care needs which we find so reassuring. Nursing staff act when they notice
Dad deteriorates, work to find solutions by altering medication, positioning, etc., and strive to prevent hospital admissions. He is encouraged to make his own choices, always treated with dignity and most importantly is happy. There is a wide range of activities that he is encouraged to take part in. The carers and nurses are friendly and have taken the time to get to know Dad as a real person and his interests. When we visit, it feels like an extension of home, a family in a comfortable environment. We are so grateful we can spend quality time with Dad now, making happy memories. Thank you to everyone at Cavell Park for making this possible.

I am writing this on behalf of my dad who has sadly just passed away. He would have wanted this. He was one of the first residents to move in and he could not have lived his last few months anywhere better. He experienced superb care and attention from every single member of staff in extremely comfortable
and luxurious surroundings.
We will be eternally grateful to everyone.

My mum and dad have become residents in Cavell Park Care Home and l could not be any happier with the care they have received. My dad has gone from; 'l am never leaving my house unless l am in a box' to 'l am never leaving here until l die as I feel really safe here'.

We found Cavell Park when we had to make a quick decision on finding a home for my dad following a fall at home. We have found the daunting process made so much easier by the excellent service we received right from the beginning. My mum and dad have both been there together now for 2 months are we
are so pleased with the care they have received. All the staff are wonderful, the whole home has a fantastic feel about it and they both state how safe they feel. The decor is beautiful and there is a cinema, hair salon, gym and private dining room all on site. They both love the food and my mum in particular is enjoying the activities on offer. We were not sure if this would be a short-term placement but they are both so settled and happy, it will definitely now be a permanent home for them. I cannot recommend Cavell Park enough.

The Cavell Park team have been wonderful in helping my mother. Their care and kindness, in what has been a very difficult time of our lives for mine and my brother's family, has been outstanding. I really can't recommend Cavell and its team highly enough.

I'm a niece of a resident who is here for respite care after an operation. The staff here have been absolutely wonderful to her, helping with all her needs, going above and beyond with care, friendliness, making her feel so comfortable in an environment that she has never experienced before. I would
recommend this care home to anyone needing a short or long-term stay.

Mum moved into Cavell Park on 30th October and was met with a wonderful reception and a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which made her day. She loves it here and has only positive things to say. All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure she is safe and well. The food is excellent, the decor and furnishings
are plush and everybody is committed to the care and safety of the residents. She’s joining in with activities and making friends. We haven’t seen Mum so happy for a long time.
