Staff are always very friendly and helpful when we visit.
My relative is well looked after and seems happy here. She is a little frustrated at not having some small things which she would like to make her stay here better. If this could be looked into, that would be great.

Mum has now been in Kailash Manor for 17 days as an end-of-life patient. We have seen she is being cared for very well for all her needs. She is not able to eat much although the spread served is very appetising. However, the carers go the extra mile to give her pureed foods. Carers are attending fully
to all her needs when she feels any discomfort.
Today we celebrated her 90th Birthday at the Kailash Manor in the temple and it was very peaceful as well as inspiring for all the family members attending. Afterwards, we celebrated with delicious snacks served by the care home.
We feel we could not have chosen a better place for Mum during her last days.

My initial anxiety was quickly dispersed on entering Kailash Manor. I have found it a very rewarding and enlightening experience and have been very happy here. The staff and residents are friendly and inclusive in all activities.

We have moved my mum in the last 4 weeks due to her loss of mobility.
She has settled well.
We are very happy with her stay here.
Also, we are very very happy with the manager.
All the nurses are so well and really go out of their way to make all residents happy and treated well.

It's only been a few days since our grandson has come to Kailash Manor but the experience so far has been great. From coming to view the home all the way to welcoming her in. The day activities are great and the best part is that dogs are welcome, so she can meet her favourite great-grandson!

The care home is absolutely lovely. All the staff are so caring and attentive. You are welcome at the home at any time to visit and staff take the time to speak to you when you ask for anything. Residents have some great activities and can participate in games/activities daily. They celebrate all the

I have been living in Harrow since 2001 after I moved from Bristol. I joined our sister care home, Karuna Manor in December 2020 as the Business Development Manager working closely with residents and their families responsible for all the new admissions and enquiries.


In December 2022, I joined the Kailash Manor team and I am very excited to be part of a commissioning team for a brand new care home I am looking forward to welcoming residents to the home.


It gives me great pleasure to be able to give the families and residents of Kailash Manor a unique experience.


Being able to converse fully in both Gujarati and English, allows me to communicate with the residents as well as assist them with any requirements or needs they may have.

I worked as a Project Manager for the Royal Air Force base in Oman, before my move to TLC Care on 16th December 2023. My long-term expertise lies with the care sector as I have a vast knowledge and experience in dementia and residential care. I oversee and work with our team to ensure our residents are well looked after and the day-to-day care is personalised based on our resident's nutritional, medical, mental and emotional needs.
