Thank you so much for you open and honest feedback, all comments are welcomed and addressed. It is important to reassure you, there is always sufficient 24/7 care cover 365 days a year, weekends and evenings are no exception. From time to time there may an unexpected emergency (such as a fall) in the home where 2 or 3 staff members are required to see to one resident and this may result in the call bell response time being longer than is usual for the home. I am very sorry that your mother felt on this said occasion, she wasn't given the attention she required in the timely manner she is used to. We will continue to do our very best to meet expectations and deliver excellent care.
