Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to hear that the home listened to your concerns and has put actions in place to make improvements to the care and support for your dad. The head housekeeper is now running training sessions for all new starters to ensure clothes are washed on the correct cycle, we're very happy to hear that there have been no issues since. We're really glad to hear that you and your dad feel at home with us and have a great relationship with our colleagues. We're very proud of the team.

Hi, I’m Clare and I’m the Home Manager at Wheldale Heights in Castleford.
Exemplar Health Care has a reputation for delivering first-class, person-centred care, which is achieved by truly focusing on those using the service. I wanted to get back to focusing on the individual and making a positive difference in their lives, this is something that Exemplar Health Care is known for.
I am thrilled to be able to develop what will no doubt be a strong and successful team at Wheldale Heights. However, I am most excited about sharing successes (big and small) with everyone who is a part of Wheldale Heights - we have an exciting journey ahead of us!
