Sebastian has worked in the healthcare sector for almost 20 years, has a wealth of experience and is extremely passionate about delivering the highest standards of care. Most recently Sebastian has been managing Talbot View – a Care South home for residential and dementia care in Bournemouth. This means that whilst Marjorie House is a new building, the same high standards of care can be assured from the start.
Outside of work, Sebastian places a focus on wellbeing, goes to the gym, enjoys travelling, history, and walking JuJu – his little Westie dog!
As we open Marjorie House, Sebastian’s team will be a mix of experienced team members from the wider Care South group who are familiar with the high Care South standards of care, and friendly, talented new people from the local area. Every new staff member undergoes a full and comprehensive training programme delivered by our dedicated centralised training team.
The Marjorie House team will also benefit from the Head Office support teams, located in Poole.
