Job Title: Home Manager

I have worked in health care for 30+ years. I am a qualified registered nurse prescriber and left the NHS to join the care sector in 2022. Having spent some time in the Sanders Senior Living family, I am now proud to be the commissioning manager at Beauleigh Court.


I started working in the care sector was I was 14 years of age. At this time, my grandmother lived with us having developed dementia and my mother managed a local residential care home, so starting as a care assistant there felt like the most natural step for me. When I was 18, I trained as a nurse and spent my career working in both primary and secondary care around the country. Coming back into a care home environment with some life experience feels like coming home – it is where I am supposed to be.


At the beautiful Beauleigh Court, my vision is to provide the best possible quality of life for our residents and a homely environment for our relatives, whilst maintaining residents’ dignity and providing person-centred care. I look forward to welcoming residents and their families and being able to provide a high-quality environment where people can develop new relationships and spend time with their loved ones in a safe and comfortable home.

I am proud to be the deputy manager at Beauleigh Court. I have worked in the care sector for 7 years both in domicillary and residential care. I started as a carer, developed to become a care team manager and have now been given the opportunity to develop further as a deputy manager in this beautiful new home. I have worked with Hannah (Home Manager) for the last 3 years and together, along with the rest of our team, we aim to make Beauleigh Court a home where people want to live and love to visit.

Hello, my name is Leigh-Ann Miller and I am the Finance Administrator for Beauleigh Court, welcome to our home!



I spent many years working in London as a Customer Service Executive before moving into the Insurance/Re-Insurance and Finance Industry. Then, I took a side step ten years ago and began working in the Care Industry. I have always been a ‘People Person’ and I have to say I have never worked in a more rewarding industry, adding value to peoples lives, making moments matter and seconds count. I don’t feel that I’m stepping into a work place, I’m stepping into the home of my residents. And that is exactly how I want my residents to feel, that they are at home.



I am so excited to be part of a team that is passionate about providing high quality care. My door is always open and I look forward to welcoming you to Beauleigh Court very soon..
