I have a proven track record of transforming existing services from a CQC rating of “Requires Improvement” to “Good” by implementing robust quality improvement plans, enhancing staff training, and fostering a strong culture of excellence.
In addition, I have extensive experience in setting up and managing new services, developing them into thriving, outstanding provisions. I work closely with local authorities and other multidisciplinary professionals, to ensure compliance and the highest standards of care.
