Hi, I’m Cheryl and I’m the Home Manager at Lepton Heights in Huddersfield.


Exemplar Health Care has a reputation for delivering first-class, person-centred care, which is achieved by truly focusing on those using the service. I wanted to get back to focusing on the individual and making a positive difference in their lives, this is something that Exemplar Health Care is known for.


I am thrilled to be able to develop what will no doubt be a strong and successful team at Lepton Heights. However, I am most excited about sharing successes (big and small) with everyone who is a part of Lepton Heights - we have an exciting journey ahead of us!
