Dad has now been a resident for 2 months. The staff are kind, professional, and caring. Our first impressions of the home were positive, but you never quite know until you experience things firsthand. We are very happy with the decision we made to house dad at Birchmere. He feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for…they have been great.

Hello there my name is Kerry I am the Well-being co-ordinator here at Birchmere House. I have the pleasure of working with such wonderful residents as well as family members and work colleagues alike.

We literally laugh here every day, the activity programme is vast and varied and covers seven days a week as well as 3/4 mini bus outings every week too. I like to refer to us as the Birchmere Family because that's exactly what we are, a little family.
