Lovely place!
Had one of my friends admitted there for a couple of years, the staff were lovely.
Compassionate people, always treated my friend with dignity and respect.
Staff were lovely and management very approachable.
Great decoration and personalised as well.
It's definitely an outstanding

After my late mother was discharged from hospital in November, she was admitted to Belsfield House for end of life care. There she received care of the highest quality. All her needs were met at all times.
The room she was allocated was very clean, airy and light. It even had an en-suite wc and shower.
The home itself was clean, has a tv room and dining area, space outside for getting some fresh air and sitting out in the garden.

We needed to put plans in place for her passing and with the help of the staff, we maintained good communication between us all. Every member of staff, from Cook to Nurse treated my mother with dignity and respect at all times. They tried their best to keep her spirits up, laughing and joking. On the odd occasions mum would have the staff in stitches, other times they sat with her keeping her company in the latter days.
When her time came, we were all supported to the end and given time with her after her passing.
Without the love, care and hard work of all the staff, I feel that mum would have given up sooner than she did.
