From first entering Hartford Court Care Home, felt lovely welcoming feeling absolutely great, and friendly staff. Can not praise these staff enough for all they do to help my husband feel comfortable and safe. He is so happy here, much more than he was at home. So that says something their doing a great
job and cannot thank them enough. Happy hubby happy wife.

Absolutely fantastic staff and manager. Provided great emergency care when uncle had fall at home and lost confidence, earth angels each one.
After half a day he told them he was moving in. Thank you Hartford Court Care Home angels.

First visit to see a family relative. Very impressed, the staff were extremely helpful and engaging. The atmosphere was very positive. The building is bright and cheerful. Decorated to a high standard and extremely pleasant feel to the whole place.

Mam hasn't been in the home very long, but from what I have seen of the home, our family are content. The home is nice and clean, and the managers, staff and carers are very friendly and helpful, and the activities they have are great. The food is also good. The care the residents get from the carers
is also very good. We can't fault the home at all. We would like to thank you all for the care you have given to my mother. Thank you.

Care home staff are professional and caring at all times. They make an extra effort to ensure residents are happy and entertained. Assume names are not allowed for any review as there are certain members who go the extra mile, and it's disappointing that they will not be recognised as ambassadors of
Hartford Court. My wife and I are very assured and extremely happy with the care her mother received at the care home.

My sister moved here two weeks ago and I feel really blessed that everything about the home is exceptional, as you will see from my ratings. All staff very welcoming and friendly, always there when needed. I couldn't recommend Hartford Court Care Home highly enough for either respite or long term care.

Dad has been with the staff for almost a year now and I have to say that they all work really hard to support Dad with anything that he needs. All of the staff are exceptionally well trained, motivated and friendly from three members of staff in particular, and everyone in between. I can’t thank the
