Overall Experience

Overall have been impressed with the standard of care my mother has received. Staff are caring, kind and motivated towards the well being of their residents. Any concerns are dealt with immediately and addressed in a timely manner. Communication is excellent regarding the care and health of the residents.

The facilities are good and they encourage participation in all events and recreations. All needs are taken care of to a high standard.

Overall Experience

Staff are very attentive and caring, truly lovely people. The care home is very homely and clean. The food and hygiene are excellent, catering for everyone. I myself would willingly recommend this care home to anyone. All facilities are well thought out and no one is ignored at any time. Overall cannot

Overall Experience

Fantastic care home. Wonderful staff who work so very hard; I can't thank them enough. Always ready to help and answer any queries, even when they are so busy. They take away all of your worries when leaving a relative in their care. Thank you so much to everyone.

Overall Experience

The home has updated us every time our aunt was ill or needed to have injection, it was never any trouble for the staff to let us know weekly how our aunt was getting on. The care she has been given was excellent. The staff are friendly and caring as a family we rate this home very highly.

My Auntie was a resident at Hartford court for over four years and until her recent death she was given the most fantastic care from the staff. They are so caring and loving towards the residents, treating them like their own family. The home is a lovely friendly place. Very clean and comfortable. My

Overall Experience

After a diagnosis of dementia and with a rapidly failing short-term memory, my mother chose to go into Hartford Court in March 2019. It has been a difficult transition for her and she found it difficult to settle. The loss of her short-term memory made the process more difficult as she could not remember

the frequent visits by family members who took her on outings several times per week. The staff showed a great deal of empathy for her condition and always encouraged her to join in with the many activities at the home, although she would forget about these almost immediately. The communication with me regarding her welfare, state of mind and most importantly, changes to her condition and behaviour, has been honest and frank which is much appreciated.
The onset of Covid-19 has been very difficult and led to a marked decline in her mental-wellbeing. Nevertheless, staff have continued to provide an excellent level of care throughout these difficult times.

Overall Experience

It has been difficult times over the last six months with the virus around, yet in spite of not being able to visit Mam, there has been a big weight lifted off our shoulders knowing that she had been well looked after and kept safe. Overall Experience

It is difficult to write my usual glowing review this time as I haven't been inside the home since March due to Covid-19, however, I am confident that my mam is well looked after and cared for by the fantastic team of carers at Hartford Court. Communication arrangements with residents have been disappointing

so far but this is a strange time we are living in and I know they have worked hard to ensure the safety and care of all their residents. Thank you.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident for 18-months. Staff very friendly and helpful. Activities visibly for those who wish to participate. Caring staff all around who go out of their way to help/assist in any way, treating with dignity and respect. No complaints at all.

Overall Experience

Dad has been at Hartford Court since November 2018, becoming permanent in May 2018. It took a while for him to settle there, probably due to his worsening dementia, but he is looked after very well, which gives his family peace of mind.
Generally, the staff at Hartford Court are very experienced, which

ensures that Dad is cared for in a good way. Local doctors are also very good. Sometimes Dad's personal hygiene is not so good, but I understand his dementia contributes to this and it can be difficult to control for his carers.

Overall Experience

HC One took my dad when he was at his lowest both mentally, physically and emotionally.
They were caring and supportive, my dad loves it. He is now eating the lovely food they give hime and loves the carers. They help him, talk to him and care for him. He has made friends and loves his room. I can

Overall Experience

Carers always receptive to my wife's needs. If she wishes to be left then she will be left until such time that she needs their attention.
