I have had a long career within the care sector for over 20 years. I started my career in 2003 as a health care assistant and then became a carer. I then went on to be an activities coordinator. I have worked in Albany Lodge Nursing Home for many years and the reason why I love it here is down to the camaraderie of my colleagues and residents alike.
